Isn't it a pretty big time commitment? You spend a few months over there for one paycheck but if you play in the western scene you're playing in multiple tournaments at once. I think teams like na'vi stand to gain much more where they are now.

It's not one paycheque, its 12 monthly payments.

But there isn't a lot of money.
The 60k is basically the equivalent of a sponsored team monthly wages. Notice how it fits in very nicely into 12 monthly installments of 5k. 5 players. 1k a month each.

To buy a gaming house and computers and living expenses for 5 people would be more than 60k. But iirc that was the last Nexon Teambuilder type dealie and Blitz had the housing from his relatives so it was much cheaper than any foreginer could hope for.

Think about this: Dreamleague is taking two weeks off for... some reason. And when they come back they're having a packed schedule to make up for the time lost. And who always seems to have the best insider info? 2GD and Bruno? Time to don the tinfoil hats? Patch coming next week.

One day I realized that sadness is just another word for not enough coffee.
If they're ranged, the wolves need to go farther. If they keep switching targets, consider moving lycan closer. The creep AI sometimes chooses who to switch targets to by proximity, and the wolves' attack range + hit box makes it so that if you just right click a target, the wolves will end up closer.

You see this effect a lot when multiple melee heroes attack Roshan, it'll favor one guy over the others depending on their hitbox's proximity to its hitbox.

Neutral creeps, including rosh, will target the thing that is closest to them. The wolves have a really tiny attack range, so most of the time they'll be closer to at least one of the creeps than you and they'll get attacked. You need to click past the creeps so that Lycan almost walks through them, then they'll almost never agro on the wolves. It's easier to notice with rosh since he's so damn huge.

In the news of 'Workshop Wash ups' being used as tournament bundle items, the people running the Russian "Chese Dota" Amateur tournament are going to try and get this old Pudge item as part of their ticket. Tournament is on the 30th with a $200 USD prizepool. I think its going to be 8 teams. I am reading to much into this I think:

This is really baseless speculation, but I could see the Elemental Ice Infusion for Tiny being retroactively changed to an Arcana item when Valve makes the hero ready for items.

I want Alliance to beat DK when they play but I need Iceiceice to have a great performance regardless, provided he doesn't harm EGM in the process.

Pudge... I'm never going to pick him, but was randomed him today. Didn't do TERRIBLE, but my appreciation of pro hooks is through the roof. I landed maybe 1/2 of them, and even after landing couldn't seem to ult them down like the pros do :(
