Dust: An Elysian Tail coming to Steam May 24th

Thanks :) And thanks for the thread, Wario64. The game will be MUCH cheaper than $15. It will be $14.99! And despite being a MS published title, there will be no GFWL integration, because that's how I roll.

It's really exciting to finally get the game out to another audience. I'm extremely happy with how the PC build came out. And as a bit of a gamepad proponent in most games, I think the mouse/keyboard stuff came out really well and I almost prefer using the UI that way.

Finished the game last week. It was really great, thanks for such an experience. I wish you could release it also on PSN or Wii U, everybody must experience it.

For my the best game on Xbox in 2012.

Congrats Noogy! I loved the game on 360 (played it two weeks ago, took me over 17h to finish to get all secrets). I think you're an amazing guy and I hope the game will do great on Steam.

EDIT: Oh, and people who say this game is only for furries are crazy.

Steamworks? While I didn't nab it on XBLA like I had planned at least I can now on Steam.

I swore off XBLA after Bastion because everything kept coming out on steam. Looks like that decision has continued to pay off.

Ok, this is absolutely awesome news. Shadow Complex just about the only one left for XBLA?

Rez HD and Hydro Thunder Hurricane, not counting the Windows 8 thing. I don't think SC is going anywhere, as much as I'd like a sequel, and as much as I think everyone should get a chance to play it.

No GFWL is always a plus in my book. Gets absolutely annoying when one person is watching something on netflix, I boot up arkham city , dark souls or SF X TK only to forget those games are GFWL and signs me out of the xbox.

Wow

That is one of the most ridiculous things I have ever heard of

Yes! Steam Achivements.

Already knew they were coming from things Noogy has said on his twitter. But still nice to see them.

Its weird since netflix allows me to be logged in from more than one place, just not GFWL/XBL, oh well. Going Sony next gen anyway, not going to be an issue for me going forward.

It's a pretty good game. It's a decent length and keeps a decent pace. My main criticism is that Dust's moveset doesn't change much throughout the games outside of new abilities for Fidget.

This guy can't shut up and take my money fast enough.

I dumped my 360 at gamestop to get a new white 500gb, 15 month ps+ PS3 bundle during a promotion a while back. Only regret? ONLY regret? Not having Dust anymore and I hadn't even finished it.

Now... I right that great wrong. And I'm happy to be able to buy it a second time and support a great talented indie developer.

BTW, did any of you notice the video on the steam page looks crazy smooth? It looks like it's running at a higher FPS than I remember it on 360. Is that what's going on?

This game is good and you should buy it.
PC version fantastic so far.

I'll be giving away a random copy later as well.

This game is god damn fantastic. Highest recommendation, especially if you were unable to play the XBLA release.

Yahoo! I said before this is one of the two or three games that me hesitate before packing the 360 away last year, so this is great news.

Can't wait to jump in.

Odd... for some reason I thought this game came out already.

Well that's convenient, because I have $20 I intended to spend on a game someone already gifted me. I'm going to need a replacement...

And I'll show this game to everyone else I know who dreamed of making game but were too afraid to do it.

I've been looking forward to this! I've wanted to play this game since I first heard about it years ago.

Noogy: Kind of surprised there's no preorder option - is it opening for purchase when the game comes out?

Congrats Noogy! Will probably double dip on this so that I can play it on the go, very curious to see how it plays without a controller.

Thanks :) Yeah, unfortunately they wouldn't grant me a pre-order option, but since it's less than a week out I think it's fine. I'm trying to arrange some sort of discount for launch week though.

I really enjoy it with the mouse/keyboard to be honest. It's sort of your standard WASD setup, and I was worried that the combo system wouldn't feel right with mouse buttons, but it's actually sort of cool. I also support keyboard-only, which is nice for notebooks.
