Dust: An Elysian Tail coming to Steam May 24th

Is there any way to switch the text and subtitle language to english? I have Steam set to English, but the texts ingame are german for me.

Hmm ? If the game supports it it should be doable : in your game list, right click on the game, properties, language.
Will do that if I buy Chivalry for example, the game is an absolute mess of French mixed with English. The game is good but this level of QA is quite pathetic.

Huh, hadn't heard about this. I was so tempted to buy it on my 360, but didn't, and likely won't now. Great to see this on Steam, and someday, I shall buy it.

Oh yes, that day shall be fun...

I have my steam already set to English and all the texts are still in german. I looked up the profile data as well and didn't find a entry to change it.

Everyone who hasn't played this yet should buy it right now and love it. This was in my top 3 games of 2012 across all platforms.

(so you all don't think I'm crazy: #1 was Dishonored, #2 Walking Dead)

Argh sorry, I suspected I was saying something stupid seeing that nobody had already given the answer.

This is like the only game to mix Ninja Gaiden's defensive parry combat with Devil May Cry's juggling and huge combos. There's even an Izuna Drop in the game.

And Fidget is hilarious.

BUY IT!

Love this game. Don't know why there's no demo. We all know a subset of the Internet has not been kind to it (especially before they play it).

It's a shame that people unsure about the game have to turn to illegal piracy or the 360 if they want to try it before they buy it.

Quick first impressions from a first time player. WOW! This game is really fucking cool! I was always interested in this game, but didn't own a 360 at the time of its release. Glad I finally have a chance to play this. Getting so many great vibes from the first 1 hour of play.

-Game feels like something out of the Sega Saturn era. Visually, it reminds me of Astal.
-HUD & Menus look and sound great. Love all the sound effects when a new ability is acquired, when an attack is countered/deflected, etc. Good sound design!
-Combat is crunchy and satisfying! Don't know the depth of it, but it feels good to fight.
-Castlevania-like death scream. Did not expect this!
-Soundtrack seems really cool so far. Title screen is especially good.
-Animations are wildly good!
-I saw backtrack potential for secrets from abilities I presume you'll find! Hate the Metroidvania term, but these types of games are hard for me to dislike!

Only thing I'm not digging yet is Fidget. Its voice is a little too much for me and it looks kind of questionable. I do like the main character and his voice a lot though. I can tell I'm really going to dig this game!

Never played it before but it looks really good. Not sure I'm a fan of the, uh, anthropomorphic animals, but the gameplay looks good enough to look passed it.

Yes, such a shame that they have to pirate it instead of reading the wealth of reviews and impressions out there.

This looks fantastic. Noogy, is there any possibility of a Mac version in the future? (Sorry, hope that doesn't count as port begging). If not, I may just finally have to figure out Bootcamp.

If I had not just purchased it 20 minutes ago, the bolded would have sold me. I adored Astal.

This is now at 66% installed. I'm excited.

Thank you everyone for your support :) The game is charting at #1 on the Top Sellers list, which I totally did not expect!

I'll be doing support through the Steam forums, but you can also contact me with specific issues at noogy (at) noogy (dot) com. I'll make every effort to resolve any issue that pops up.

Besides the resolution bump Noogy. Any improvements that you snuck in for us owners of it on the xbox?

I wanted to keep content parity between the two versions, however the PC version sports a slightly sexier particle and post-processing engine, and of course PC-niceties like graphic options and a dynamic UI for mouse/keyboard users.

Also, I have gift codes! Still trying to figure out the best way of handing those out.

Just give me one and I'll think of something.

Welcome to Indie on PC, we support good games no matter how small.

Thanks for the support, I really appreciate the effort.

I've already beaten the game two times on 360 but I just might have to double dip to see how glorious it looks on PC.
