I really hope they keep this trend up in the future. It's been absolutely amazing for E3, and i'd love to see more from them in the future. Definitely my favorite coverage and demonstrations of E3 games, and I really got to know infinitely more than I would've about the games than I would any other way.

They should stream a mini office Smash Tourney every Friday leading to release or something!

I can understand it. Do you open with Wii Sports Club and have the core immediately turn off the stream, or do you end with it and know you've kept their attention throughout E3?

This is actually the way entertainers do things (like in fiction I think, where there's the climax in the middle and the resolution winds things down) so it's actually the correct way to end Devil's Third was the brief spike up on the last legs of the journey, then this is the ramping down. I'm satisfied. They did a great job, this Treehouse live was like a refreshing stop in an oasis. I am so glad to see Nintendo letting their employees openly show their passion, enthusiasm, and fun side, and sharing it with us.

Treehouse stream was awesome. Fun and honest people. Gives Nintendo presence in E3 for the whole duration, instead of just a 2 hour video/press conference. Makes me think if a simialr approach to announcements as well would be viable. Hype would be through the roof for 3 days straight.
