They've made the mistake of having important games late in consoles life-cycles instead of launching on next-gen machines many times. If they're kicking the door down with Zelda, Metroid and 3D Mario for NX's launch, they'll be far better off than blowing them on Wii U now.

Awful conference, 2/10 and the only reason it got that was for the puppet skits.

I don't own a 3DS and there was nothing interesting for the Wii U. Star Fox looks like absolute dog shit. No good reveals, not much of anything.

Couldn't be more turned off by the new Metroid, Zelda, and Paper Mario. Animal Crossing on WiiU looks awful.

Mario Tennis is kind of uneventful. Too much time spent on WiiU games we already know about, coming later than we should get them. XCX is going to get crushed in December.

Star Fox Zero is the highlight for me. I thought it looked great. Only thing making this a 4/10 direct VS a 0.

That Digital Event didn't do anything for me. I'm glad to have a date for Mario maker but otherwise the games either outright don't interest me (JRPGs etc.) or I'll play them if I've got nothing else to play (Starfox).

My friends will tell me I'm crazy but oh well. I guess I can work on getting caught up with my Wii U and 3DS games since I won't be getting many. Plus I need to finally play the two Earthbound games that are out in the USA.
