If I was only told the names of the games that would appear at E3, I'd be alright. I want to see the footage more.
Fake. That Gears of War collection whatever could count, though. I don't really see Microsoft having any big surprises.
Some hints are great though, gives people something to talk about.
Really hope we won't witness URLs being registered or trademarks being made before the show kicks off and obviously no videos being uploaded before the show kicks off.

So it did end up being fake? Damn.
Fallout 4 is both technically. Rare's next game is getting announced and that hasn't leaked yet. The Gears 1 Remake leaked. Horizon (Guerilla's RPG) leaked. We'll be getting a bunch of stuff from Nintendo, who almost never has leaks.
Plus we're seeing the first gameplay from:
Star Wars Battlefront
Mass Effect 4 (Almost Guaranteed)
Halo 5 Campaign
Deus Ex: Mankind Divided
Fallout 4
Doom (Pretty much guaranteed)
Scalebound (Very Likely)
And if all else fails we're almost guaranteed an amazing new MGS5 song that happens to come coupled with a trailer.

Has the info on the new Assassins Creed come out yet?
So excited for this years E3 and I think it's Bethesdas conference I am excited for the most. I usually don' t have any big expectations going into E3(except when there are new console announcements). Bethesda having a pressconference at e3 for the first time, means they must have some several announcements along with gameplay footage.
Fallout 4 will most likely be there and this game alone will make E3 worth it for me.
Also excited to see more of the following games that most likely will be there:
Star Wars Battlefront
Deus Ex: Mankind Divided
Doom
Dishonored II
The Division
Mirrors Edge
Everything else is just a bonus:

Yeah, but everyone saw it coming. The surprise was that they're only doing the first one.
I really hope nothing else gets leaked, especially whether TLG is going to be there or not.
Already prepared for another soul crushing no show, but it's ok, it's been 5 E3s, one more wouldn't hurt, surely it's going be there next year. I'm sure of it. It's fine, everything is fine.

I have to say, usually I am excited for the 1st party conferences before 3rd parties. This time however if I had to rank them:
1. Bethesda (already mentioned in my previous post)
2. EA (Last year they had a boring E3, this year however will be the opposite I think, with games like Battlefront, Mirrors Edge, Viscerals Star Wars game, ME4, etc.)
3. Ubisoft (their last couple of E3 has been very solid lately, topping off with a surprise announcement at the end. Expecting gameplay from The Division, AC: Victory and Rainbow Six Siege with new announcements. Maybe top it off with BG&E2?
4. Square Enix (excited to see gameplay from Deus Ex: Mankind Divided and the new Tomb Raider game. We might also get a new Hitman announcement.)
5. Nintendo (usually my most anticipated conference at e3. With Zelda being a no-show and they had a good e3 last year, I don't expect much new from Nintendo this year. Maybe a new Metroid. Of course if they announce next to nothing for next year, there will be a lot of speculation).

Agreed, after everything that's happened, if it even were to be there I'd want it to be a full on surprise with blown minds when it would be showed on the screen with loads of people in disbelief.
I can't decide whether to get a PS4 right before the Sony conference, play a bunch of games on my backlog such as Transistor, Destiny, Diablo 3, Life is Strange, and exponentially increase the hype for E3 that I will already have by then, or get it right after the Sony conference, and extend the hype for what was shown and E3 with upcoming games and the hype of finally getting the PS4 itself. Hmm decisions decisions.

last year was probably the least satisfying leak of all time. we pretty much knew every blg unannounced blockbuster title by Sony and Microsoft, conferences were so boring cus nothing could surprise you.

I don't have the money for it until early June. Also, I would like it to still be in that 30 day period in case they announce a design change or 50$ price drop at E3, so I can easily return it for full refund.
Either way, you win. Also Destiny isn't a "backlog" kind of game since it is persistent and growing constantly, albeit at a slow pace.
My prediction for this E3...Guerilla to show off that RPG they've been working on.
Platinum shows us that Scalebound is an actual game.
Nintendo...uhh...Star Fox and maybe a return to form, proper-ass Metroid game.
The chances of them announcing a slim model at E3 are second to none, and I highly doubt there'll be a price drop until the end of the year. You'll be fine buying one before E3.
This completely correct. I got confused as well but what Kyoufu was suggesting was that MS won't have COD marketing not that it would go to Sony.
I dunno, given that Sony has marketing for Battlefront, this post doesn't seem to say that:
