The games were already announced by then of course. But all the same..
If they release Titanfall they need a campaign, and just give the multiplayer game more meat.
That game was good fun, and it could have been one of the biggest games this gen, but it was quickly forgotten. What a wasted opportunity.
Obviously not as good as it could have been since they blocked many countries outside of the US from accessing the show. But at the same time, it did well enough to get a Season 2 so I'm happy.
It is very unlikely we will see a new main Mario game. I'd expect a remaster to be honest

I see the yearly, fake, content-of-shows lists have started "leaking"!
Gotta distinguish the good trolls from the bad.
Aside from F-Zero and the Metroid Games, it isn't THAT optimistic. Obviously fake though, these things pop up every year around this time.
But looking at Nintendo's lineup, obviously we're going to see Star Fox, only question is how big the game is and how it will be released (retail, digital, episodic). Yoshi and Xenoblade X will almost certainly get release dates for the US. Animal Crossing Wii U isn't that far fetched and is pretty likely. The list is missing Punch Out, which will most likely be there given Nintendo's tease and Next Level Games likely being ready to announce their new game. And it has already been confirmed that there are new console and handheld Metroid games being worked on. I can actually see a 3DS Metroid getting announced. Retro's game will probably be for the NX so hoping for that is wishful thinking at this point.

Most are announced games that are playable with some that were previously unannounced. The new Need for Speed is there for example. They've been keeping a good lid on it, it's mostly for journos to get previews prepped, written and ready to go come E3. The embargoes will lift when E3 starts.
Heard anything about Mirror's Edge being there?

Not necessarily announced, but I think publishers choose if they want to show them or not. Nintendo didn't have unrevealed games for them last year for example if I remember well.
Are you mixing me up with someone else? I'm expecting a good show. Just not F-Zero, Metroid, TLG and HL3 good.
Yeah it's not like you're one of those running around legitimately believing that half of the show will be VR

i just hope Sonys Media Talk this year is a bit shorter
The last 2 years it was over 20 minutes long (2013 understandable with the first next gen E3)
But Microsoft only talked 6 minutes about Media at E3 2014.....

It'll just be some ugly thing with only the top HDD cover designed with that white printed on logo. Their LE consoles have been so damn lazy except for the amazing PS1 20th anniversary one.

With regards to that fake list, does anyone around here think that an Animal Crossing sequel for the Wii U is a distinct possibility? I have only played the GCN original and lately I've been wondering about what I've been missing. Unfortunately, I don't have a 3DS; otherwise, I would definitely seek out New Leaf.
Yes, I feel confident they will announce a Wii U AC at this E3. It would make perfect sense with the amiibo cards, and the new AC spinoff for the 3DS.
Pretty much everyone is expecting a new Animal Crossing. The Wii-U has yet to receive one and Nintendo's been talking and teasing the franchise a lot lately.
