By full version you mean the 4 cars. Of which the yaris is just a livery? Theres not much missing. Id call the normal version full.

And the 1,000,000( or more for digital for some reason.)

yeah so much class. everything looks so sleek. ill be honest i wasn't even considering single-player for this game, but after the state of play when they show wide-body, engine swap, nitro, and anti-lag. I'm so in. tune all the 90s cars will be a blast

PGR and MSR were my favourite arcade style racers. Amazing graphics for the time and really fun and addictive challenges, especially the cone challenges. Good times. Anyway, seems as good a time as any to get into the GT series - should be a cracker.

He's always amped and passionate about games and entertainment. Net positive in my mind. Without being hyperbolic or fake.

Edit: I get it though - how people think he's like that without putting on a show and faking it. But he's been like that consistently for as long as I've known him (8 years or so).

Oh no he's not faking it. It takes just a watch of him playing some game on one of his streams and then any E3 conference reaction and you get he's truly hyped.

Fair enough. He was very off-putting for someone who hasn't watched anything before. If he's got fans then that's fine.

I voted day one, watched the video, then went to Amazon to preorder the 25th anniversary edition. Haven't been this excited for Gran Turismo since I sank hundreds of hours into GT3 as a kid. Can't wait!
 
I'm loosing my favorite game. It would be cool if we in europe got a different (and superior) intro as with GT2.
Yeah I know it's not happening. :)

Would double dip day 1 on a PC version too.
Sport was not for me so my feeling right now is that GT is finally back, looks like they're doing so much fan service, they're pulling all strings with this release. The ultimate GT đź‘Ś
 
This is a no brainer. I started with the first one back in 1997, haven't played all of them but this one captured a lot of nostalgia for me. Day 1. Deluxe Edition. Let's go.

The lack of PS4 footage is worrisome. Have they stated any sort of difference between the two versions other than the graphics of course?

Only thing Kaz mentioned was Ray-tracing, better detailed cars and faster loadings for the PS5. There might be more diferences but untill thers more info, we dont know.
Content and feautures should be the same.

Auto downloads. Sure you could just buy in from the PS app and it would download the game. But sometimes it better to set it and forget it.

After sport, I lost interest in GT, but after watching that state of play......... They got me. I liked everything they showed. The game is a love letter and work of art.

I think anyone with a love of cars would find this game attractive.

Im pre ordering digital, but I also want that GT 7 Keychain.

Its a good advice for new IPs, for games im sure ill buy day 1, i save money if pre-order physical. Stores then raise the price for launch day.

We can hope, but AI has always been the weakest part of GT games, I won't be holding my breath. And it's not even a technical limitation at this point, AI in sport is very aware of the player's car and they can also go like hell at points. PD just seems reluctant for whatever reason to have AI that is consistently realistic. They can speed up for a lap or two to give you a challenge and then they're straight back to a lazy sunday drive for the rest of the race.

I really hope we get some competent AI considering it's been a weak point in pretty much every GT game, but I feel like if we truly got some kind of evolution they would've brought it up in the State of Play. It might be something different involving AI entirely

I'll stay (cautiously) optimistic though lol
