They could unveil it during the announcement sections before or after Smash Finals on Sunday and then put up the video in Japan the next day. Who knows with Nintendo.

I'm assuming up to top 16 or top 8. If you're referring to this schedule. And I'm not sure what you mean by "last match" taking that long. The sectioned off block of 2 hours for Ultra is for showing up to whatever the cut off point is (be it top 16 or top 8) and reserving the rest for the finals day.

Edit: Sorry I misread what you asked, I think. So the "Finals" on the last day, doesn't refer to one game. It'll be referring to the top 8 (or however they are doing it this year) leading up to the actual "finals" of Evo.

I must admit, it was more entertaining (in the laugh department) for sure. But I can't hate on the rhythmic "Ei~! Ei~ Ei~!" from 3S that the Japanese players love to chant. I mean they still do it for Yun in SF4 during super combo. Besides, 3S is sexy.

Might start on time with it being on Capcom's stream. I think last year AE 2012 pools started about 40 minutes late.
