japanese names, all the shadaloo bros except sagat got their names switched up for overseas versions so it's easier to call them by their char archetype- see 'dictator, claw'

also im still reeling that 2nd at evo and the best sagat player in the world got fucking annihilated 4 rounds in a row by hugo
