Any 360 stick will work automatically with most games giving you the proper 360 equivalent buttons on screen, while any PS3/4 stick will work but with the buttons showing up as BUTTON1, BUTTON2 etc... Makes ps sticks a bit confusing but really isn't much of a problem.

There's an app that "tricks" your PC into thinking your PS controller is a 360 controller, it solves the button problem.

Good question, don't know this match up.

Fairly even, IMO. Dudley has damage and anti-fireball movement but Guile has super good buttons to play footsies and stop his advance. Guile just has it hard to get out as always.

It's called DS3 Tool, I'm not sure if it works for sticks but it works for my pad. Also although I've had no problems with it it's not the most legit app in the world, so tread lightly.
