I never got to go to Fest!Well, I went for Fest because I'm a punkboy, so I didn't see too much outside of various bars
I don't think I could handle living in the country, I feel like I'd just get super bored unless I could easily travel to a city
Pau used to live there I think, would be funny if you lived there at the same time
I always wanted to go, but money was tight.
It gets wild during that time of year. So many people end up there for Fest and end up homeless there for some reason or another.
There's some good bars there. My favorite was Durty Nellies. There's this authentic Cuban place called Flaco's next door. You could get drunk and eat awesome food.

Oh man, I've been wanting to go for the last few years and only managed to be able to afford it starting last year. It was expensive as hell but definitely worth it, I had so much fun. Going again this year because I was going to anyway, but also because The Ergs and Latterman, 2 of my favourite bands ever who'd both broken up are playing
I don't think I went to Durty Nellie's, might check it out this year. I probably spent most of my time in High Dive
. I also had possibly the nicest burger I've ever had at Loosey's.
Oh god I can't wait to go back, haha

Durty Nellies is a pub. I'm all about pubs. More comfortable than trendy or sports bars, to me.
I don't think I ever went to High Dive, but I'm sure you could find out on their site! It's actually pretty close to Nellie's
I've been to Loosey's, but don't remember much cause I was kinda messed up at the time. There's some smaller places I used to go to, like Court of Hero's and this other sports bar that would have really cheap beer nights and used to be in front of my apartment, so I'd go there. Cheap places are nice. Saves me $
Every D&D thing! We have like 6 or maybe a bit more who actively said that they want to do it but no one did anything to move it forward and no one volunteered to dm yet
