Also, I think Tom Hardy isn't THAT great. He's a very capable actor who is in very good movies.
I'm still in love with Nic Cage though, easily my favorite actor even when he's doing movies just for the tax payouts.
What he has done that holds a candle to Nightcrawler or The Revenant

Tom Hardy disappeared into the role of Fitzgerald in The Revenant in a way that was truly striking. He is uncommonly gifted
