Inside Llewyn Davis and Show Me a Hero are great.
Also, he's in a lot of shit movies, but James McAvoy is easily the equal of Gyllenhall or Leo in Bright Young Things. McAvoy has so much potential that's he's wasting by being the best fucking actor in fucking X MEN movies.

It's probably not comparable to those other roles since it's a political drama but think more Julia Roberts in Erin brockovich for a comparable
Isaac's got a screen presence that is unmistakable even when you don't actually recognize him.
I think he is the reason Ex Machina is so compelling. Vikander was fantastic as well, don't get me wrong.
Dude's got some good work ahead of him I think.

Every part he plays is so different but he does them perfectly instead of being himself in every role like most actors. I'm so glad we got him in a David Simon drama though since that allowed him to do straight acting without the spectacle

Turns out I was really thinking of "No One Else" from the blue album, but I thought there was a song with a similar sentiment as a track near the beginning of Pinkerton. I listened to both albums a lot in the late 90s so I guess they blurred together.
Regardless; I'm still allowed to find the sentiment expressed obnoxious and irritating even if it is not an earnestly held belief of the author, especially in a song which is on an album I would listen to over and over to.
I'm very aware of the theme and circumstances of Pinkerton it resonated strongly with the invention of myself I had at the time.
I'd be worried if you weren't allowed crushes on boys, too.

Ehhhh Tom is hot but his acting isnt all that. Jake Gylenhaal is technically a better actor but his latest films could have been better (Not his fault since he plays the roles pretty freaking good)

Hers comes off more of an attempt to be motivational while yours seemed more like personal irritation.
Also at that point he was making progress and now he seems to be stuck in one place again.
Maybe not completely fair but there's definitely a difference.

I think we are talking about two different problems here.
RNH has a problem which he has to go to the doctor for.
He needs a ban to go to the doctor. That seems to be another problem. Why would you need to be banned to go to the doctor? Is he not going to the doctor because he is able to post here?
If it helps RNH, by all means... ban him. Him getting help is the most important thing of all.
Correct me if I"m wrong but the content of what Holly said was "get your shit together!" in what I took as a semi-joking tone because she's doing military shtick (maybe?) and the content of what you said was "I don't really recognize what you have as a legitimate problem"

His issue is social anxiety(iirc). He needs motivation to get over his social anxiety to be able to fully treat his social anxiety

It was more humor than anything anyway. The comment wasn't exactly egregious like when my dad told me I needed help (it was something harsher than that but it implied that I wasn't a functional human being) when I was pleading for help to get psychologists appointments scheduled for my anxiety and depression. Like no crap. If I could deal with it then I wouldn't need the psychologist. No reason for him to be mean like that.
That's one things my parents were exceptionally frustrating with. They weren't willing to help when I needed it but would offer it when I didn't need it
It's neither here nor there.
I recognize that I come off as abrasive randomly and I recognize that it comes from me being a bit messed up psychologically due to recent life events. I'm going to reach out to my social worker this week to get in a support group or meet with a therapist.
