I have a really powerful soldering iron but the tip is probably too big...
Ya you'd need a really new thinnish tip.
If you go into a clinic they have soldering irons specifically for this.

It worked for me, I never even thought to use a drill tbh but it would probably be just fine if you put it on high speed high torque mode.
As a nurse, what would you suggest instead? My method works and allows you to claim badass status at the same time.
