Awesome, can't log into my Waver/Gilgamesh account. Keeps coming up as a connection error, so I tried re-installing it and transferring my data again (had the transfer information ready). Didn't fix it, and I still can't log in so I can't set up new transfer information to send to a different decide. :/

Useful document about upcoming event material drops and why you fools shouldn't be wasting AP farming normal maps for this garbage.

Alright srsly is it even possible to get the snake statues I've run 15 stam like 30 times and nothing I even got a fake God heart twice! And the one time a Lamia dropped a chest it was a caster gen :-/

There will be a lot of 5* CE that you can grab from the shop (that's only available for a limited time) that you'll want to fully LB, the first of which is Da Vinci's CE which should arrive around the New Year. As for what it does, when you have it fully LB'd (five copies total) you get +10% on QP gain, and +20% when paired with a friend who has it. Given how important QP is over the life-time of the game, having a +20% increase when/if you need to farm is pretty valuable. The one after that give you a increase in % to your Bond (when equipped), which again is crazy helpful. You'll want to LB both of these if you can.
As for how much you'll need? Well, the revised prices for these (if we get them at the cheaper cost and not what they were originally) is 1k Mana Prism per copy, so you should need 5k to fully LB Da Vinci's CE (unless they go with the original price, in which case you'll need something over 7k). It remains around in-store for around three months and then leaves. Apparently you can buy it again later (once it joins the limited section of the shop), but you'll have to burn/sell a 4* card to do it. Not cool.
So yeah, farm as much as you can now.
Edit: I should add to this events WILL give you Mana Prism, and quite a decent amount. However, if you want to 5/5 LB everything, as well as grab the tickets and/or Fou stat increases (if they interest you), you'll want to work on a bit of Prism-farming here and there.
Ah, cool. Guess this means I don't need to wait too long to ascend Altera.
I really need NeroFest right now. Partly because I wanna gamble on Attila / Nero, but also so I can have something new to do. It's not even worth trying to farm some of these mats because their drop rates are so abysmal (Serpent Jewels lol).
I feel you. Did the exact same thing with the exact same result :|.200 ap gone farming the 15 ap daily. Got 0 dragon scale, 0 serpent jewel, 0 octuplet crystal, 0 chaos claw
Think i'll just farm EXP Cards/QP exclusively unless its Monument day.

I find 20 AP more bang for the buck though, if you're willing to burn all the 4* XP cards. If you're still in the level 50-60 range, you will gain a level or two from 20AP which then grants you stamina overflows to get you more cards to burn.
Yeah, if you're in the lower rank range, 20 AP might be better. I just prefer 15 AP over 20 AP, since after three runs you're essentially getting a free run out of it (when compared to 20 AP). You do get 2* cards on occasion, but not frequently enough to really matter.
Either work, though I tend to think 15 AP is better if you're in the 60+ rank range.

Somewhere in the late 50's, you can only keep on continuously leveling if you start with a full overflow.
Seeing as how I actually hit 300/300 and 100/100, it's time to either start burning the gold XP cards or never be able to do anything because the game actually stops you and tells you that your inventory is full and you have to clear space before you can do any more quests.

Are the drop rates for the farmable materials any good or similar that of dailies or free quests?
Aaaaaand another black key from today's ticket. Good thing I'm just going to save up the rest of them. Since I have a multiple of 30 quartz, I was super tempted to do a full summon, but now I'm convinced I'll just get 8 keys, Gilles, and some random 4* CE.

I'm level 80 and I still do the 20 AP dailies. Still get great exp and I don't care if I burn gold EXP cards at this point. I guess if you have the time to burn through energy then 20AP works, if you just want to burn your excess AP without leveling up much then do the 15AP quests.
To be fair, after a certain point there is little else to do. I hope Nerofest doesn't take any longer than the 20th to come.

Why wouldn't you do the QP daily instead of XP daily? Or maybe I'm not understanding.

I know there's a lot of talk about farming MP but there's a lot of long time players who think it's a bit of a waste to farm MP right now. Keep in mind you'll get MP from events and no MP CEs are going to be in the shop for a long while. If you do the math, you need to max a lot of 5-stars before it becomes worth it.

I think the most "efficient" way of using your AP is probably just burning them on EXP/QP dailies.
Personally I do this,
- Farm the 40AP (20AP) EXP Quests on Monster Hunting days.
- Farm the odd 40(20AP) QP Quest ocassionally...because why not?.
- The above gives about 15.5k master exp per run. I also bring random servants from my collection to get them to Bond Level 2 while doing this.
- Farm the Pieces/Monuments on their respective days.
- Use some 4* EXP cards to level up my various random servants to eventually Ascend them for Interludes and hence Quartz.
- Sell all 3* EXP cards on Mana Prisms.
Doing the free quests (farming/quartz completion), interludes is probably rather "inefficient" at the moment due to the 1/2 AP daily quest event but I do them occasionally because the above gets rather boring.
My guesstimation is sometime in March 2018. This assumes that we will go in calendar event order with JP though, which might not happen since they had some crossover events that might not apply to US (like the AnimeJapan event). Nero event in Japan was in mid Sept and ours will be mid-late July (estimated to start the 20th or 21st), and they had Fate/Zero end of April to mid May. So that 6-7 week gap should put us around there. If they skip an event or two it should still be in March, just earlier in the month rather than later.
This is all guessing of course, but the logic is there!
Oh, thanks for the FP. Yup, she's a beast, been trying to ascend her for the better part of a week though (Damn Claws...).
As for the master's mission, I've cleared that some time ago so I can't remember what exactly I killed. Possible Chimeras @ 10AP Mon Hunt Daily or Germania @ Septum.

As for the Mana Prisms vs Mats debate, it probably doesn't really matter as long as you are spending AP. Even the mats aren't dropping, the skill crystals will be of use eventually. And theres only so many 4* EXP cards you can store before your storage is full. I just ascended Martha the second time and used about 45 stored rider XP to level her immediately, which freed up a nice chunk of storage. Have a ton of Lancer XP lying around, but no lancers to use them on, Cu and Leonidas are already sitting pretty at 1 ascension each waiting for more mats.
Even with the upcoming Nero Fest, I don't think I can get enough Claw of Chaos. Altera wants 6, Martha wants 3, Cu wants 3 X( I really hope that event drop rate is good
I use your Altera sometimes. Having GAF on the name def helps me manage the friends list.
