No problems with any of this, nothing is sacred, let's do it.
Monday Night Wars
It's not the 2004 dvd I'm assuming?
As much as I'd like WWE to grab the Bullet Club in total, let's be honest, they would misuse Karl Anderson. And I don't think there's an easy answer to how he should be booked in WWE. :/
Depending on if they keep the whole RNR thing going, his first feud practically writes itself. Bring Jericho back, have him return to his whole Ayatollah of Rock 'n Rolla thing, then have Devitt show up to challenge that and determine who's the Real Rock 'N Rolla.
Jericho probably wouldn't mind putting over Devitt, and that would give him a good win to start out with.
I will say, as a lapsed fan, all this drama has certainly heightened my interest back up. Now to wait for the WWE to fuck it all up.
If the Young Bucks accidentally superkick each other, does the universe implode or explode?

I think the most shocking thing about the RR wasn't no DB in the match nor the crowd's reaction (picking on poor Mysterio wasn't nice though) or breaking Kane's record, no it was the lack of Jericho and RVD. You'd figure both of them would be back for mania season and debut there.
You already have Batista and soon to be Hogan..and maybe even Sting.
Granted of all the choices, those can actually still wrestle. Well maybe Batista still can, I am willing to give him a chance. He needs to hit up Gold Dust for tips.

Someone needs to get Bats on the DDP Yoga train.
I keep posting in the dating thread to try to help people, and it's shocking how many times I have to tell them there is no such thing as a friendzone.
Bats just needs to get his sea legs back. He'll be fine.
That's some sage advice, though there seem to be some really young kids in that thread, if someone pulled me aside 20 years ago and told me something like that I am not sure I would have listened, even though I see the value in the advice now.
And by fine you mean back to mediocre at best right?
Don't knock how far someone can go with limited skills and ability. And by fine you mean back to mediocre at best right?

The problem is WWE's booking once he puts those guys over. He's lost to JTG, Evan Bourne, Kofi, Fandango, Heath Slater (in NXT), Ziggler, and so on, but none of it matters if after the feud or whatever they don't do anything to increase their value. As much as I don't ever want to see Jericho again, if he puts over Devitt like that I'm on board.
WWE has signed a new five-year TV deal with BSkyB in the UK for a major rights fees increase. The new deal includes all weekly WWE TV shows including the debut of Main Event in the market. The main difference is that all 12 WWE pay-per-views will air as pay-per-view shows. In the past, Sky has aired several WWE pay-per-views as stand-alone live TV specials.
somedevil said:Basically they backed up a huge truck of money so the WWE couldn't say no.
