February Wrasslin' |OT| WrassleGAF. In 2016.

Actual statistics disagree with you. But yes, if only Vince would put Punk vs. Bryan in 60 Minute Iron Man matches, it'd be a new boom period!

Bryan and Punk were great wrestlers and over to the current audience. But, they were never going to draw back in the people who went to wrestling because people went through tables, girls wrestled around in lingerie, and the top babyface regularly swore and beat up women while the other top face made gay jokes.
The only match, wm main event I wanted was Bryan v Punk Ironman at WM 30. The new HBK v. Bret.

Well, I'll never get it.

I wonder if people saw that video of Bayley doing Finn's entrance? I mean, our favorite wrestler is gone now, and he is one of a kind but there's still so many passionate performers you can cheer for, right now and in the future.

There will never be anyone like Bryan for me again, I followed him for years and years as my favourite, he surpassed anyone else I'd previously enjoyed in my life of watching wrestling as my all time number one.
But it's not as though there's no one else in WWE. I love Bayley, Owens, Zayn, Gable/Jordan, Asuka, Finn, Seth, Joe, Becky/Sasha and now AJ and Nakamura newly arrived, I would hope they all find the success they deserve.

Zayn and Bayley have the closest to that connection Bryan had. It's not on the same level, but then again, nothing is.

I would assume that Brie's active in-ring career will likely end soon too. And if Nikki doesn't come back, then that's it for the Bellas.

Yeezus we both agree she damn fine!!!

Honestly this is Brie's time to get out from under Nikki's shadow and do her thing.
Hopefully they will let that happen before trying to go all family minded.

Bryan is hopefully too smart to do something stupid like go anywhere else, even if stupid assed so called fans seem to want it and want him to cripple himself in the ring so they can have their fix.
He has a family, he has a wife.
His wife has a career with the WWE as does her sister.
Even while injured she will have Total Divas and the brand.
WWE will give him a gig as either a scout or a trainer or something and he will be taken care of.
Throwing that away and risking his wife's career and her sister's is asinine, not to mention he could easily end up in a situation where he will not have the WWE's doctors to help him with.

I think Brie has said that once her contract expires she's done. She wants to have kids and not be on the road all the time. Guess they could technically still do TD if they wanted though.

Daniel Bryan seems to have really loved his dad, and it's clear that he wants to be a dad too. I don't imagine that he will continue wrestling, and I think it's great that he's so settled and intent on starting a family.

Seth Rollins is the only one who can be the "next Bryan"
But the WWE writers are awful

I not counting Balor, he probably going to be another jobber for Reigns

Seth will always be a scumbag, but I cant wait to see how they turn him face. Sami Zayn is the next most genuinely likeable guy. Though I wonder how much of that is his theme music lol.

Sami is surprisingly awesome on the mic too. Like Daniel, he just sounds so genuine and feels like he's "talking" with the audience as opposed to giving them a promo

Most likely.

I would imagine WWE tries to keep them in some capacity, especially Bryan since he could put together some awesome stuff.

as much as i like AJ he is already 38 only making his way to wwe, bryan was a young guy who still had A LOT going for him, and a bright future. AJ doesnt have much time left
Yep... for people who want context, AJ Styles is over 8 years older than Cody Rhodes.
And Cody has been spinning his wheels in the WWE since his debut almost 9 years ago.

I can't stand the Bella's, but I really hope Brie and Daniel have a great life together. Got a feeling Brie isn't going to be around much longer either.

None of those guys have done anything yet ..... they are(going) to be part of a new era and it remains to be seen if any of them truly break through the ceiling like Punk and Bryan briefly did.

Zayn already had a hell of a run just in NXT alone.

Absolutely and this whole thing probably has him thinking about time also.
Will be interesting to see where things take off, if nothing else Total Divas will still be a thing for a while and baby time and Bryan watch will spike ratings.

It's ridiculous...folks will find any way to shit on the dude. Daniel Bryan just gave a heartfelt speech and it's already back to "make roman look strong".

I can't really disagree with this though. Jesus motherfuckers right now let's just be grateful we got what we could out of Bryan. We all knew what a shining star he was no matter how obviously held back he was and even if it was largely due to the perfect storm ruining the original WM30 plans, he reached the absolute highest point anybody possibly can before we had to say goodbye too soon. For now can't we just remember how much we loved this guy and how much he gave us and how strong that connection was ablublublu I'm doing it again T_T

Daniel... :(

I hope he's truly happy in whatever he does next and never, ever wrestles again. Take care of yourself, D.Bry. ;_;

He deserves to live the good life forever and ever

I'm not mad that they told him to stop wrestling because I've seen too much death in wrestling but I'm made at how they chew and spit out a once in a generation talent in a scripted sport where they control everything.

Bryan could have launched wrestling forward where we aren't talking about record low ratings every week.

But the company was held back by their own prejudice backed by no logic.

Would yoyu fuckin turn igt vovv for onec in your stupif uvbkgin fiommick posting life

If you guys want things to look forward to for the future, here's some. Sasha is only 24. Gable is 29. Owens is 31. Zayn is also 31. Bayley is 26. And there's way more where they come from.

Future is bright as the goddamn sun.

Btw, that was a pretty good Raw. Jericho, Miz, AJ was great. Table match wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be due to the turn. Social Outcasts got a win! Brock did some damage. What else?

"So some guy ended up getting thrown out (and roughed up) by security for trying to start a chant by singing that "na, na, na, na, hey, hey, hey, goodbye" song while Daniel was talking. It was during the moment the whole place went silent while he was going over his gratitude; the guy started screaming the tune at the top of his lungs. Three security guys rushed him and just pulled him out of our row and he was out of there quick. You can tell by the look on his face that he didn't even know what was happening."
