I think the entertainment comes from the fact that PL talks so much shit and makes excuses and is a total asshole overall. On top of that the speech and getting 13-0'd in a FT10 only adds to the entertainment.

Well, it was more than just a side character. Kitana is SonicFox's counterpick to Tempest Kung Lao. But yeah, trying to blame the matchup blew up in his face.

The sad thing is that Perfect Legend pretty much is a legend. He kinda tarnished a bit of his legacy with this whole thing. Shoulda just accepted his status and made it his goal to get back to the top rather than pretending he already is. At least Chillin didn't have much of a legacy before he got 5-0'd. This situation is like Brett Favre coming out of retirement and guaranteeing a Super Bowl win for his team.... Only to go 0-16.
Proof that past glories doesn't necessarily carry into the next game. And practice and hard work needs to be put in. Sonicfox puts his work in and he spends an extraordinary amount of time teaching people how to play whatever game he is.
I am interested to seeing how the top SFIV guys will do in SFV. Guys that relied on BS and lack fundamentals and all that will probably do worse. SFV just seems much more honest than SFIV.
