Most of the second tier can hang with the top tier pretty well. They're either just too plain or have one flaw that the top tiers don't.

I mean at the moment as in they are worth paying attention to literally today. They've got Alioune, Yipes, and Arturo over at the Arc and are streaming a bunch of good sets.

That's because of their guests, though. Art and Yipes could commentate a bowling match, and I guarantee you there'd be a few stream monsters who would go out and purchase some bowling shoes.

Tier lists don't tell the whole story. Lots of people put Seth as top tier but he's always a high risk character that's hard to win consistently with, especially since he has some terrible matchups. So if you find yourself losing games that you don't want to lose then dropping Seth might not be a bad idea. Kazunoko dropped Seth and went back to Yun for good reasons.

Well I play AE for about a 45 mins-1 hour a day, then I go play one of those other games for 30mins or so. That's about all the gaming I do in a day, so it's really not that much time, I just rotate games on a daily basis so I get around to everything a few times a month.

Shit, I've been spectator monstering since long before streams were a thing. I decided early in Marvel 2's life that I have more fun watching it than playing it, and spent years at the arcade watching matches in between games of DDR. Yeah I still play sometimes, but Marvel's always been a spectator game for me. Nowadays streams just make watching the game way more convenient.

Sooooo you agree with me then? That Hugo fight was amazing. Seeing him body Chunners like that brought tears to my eyes. I didn't like how it started though. When fighting Chun Li in 3S it feels like you are fighting a hitbox, not a character. The thing I love about the video I posted is that it seriously feels like two real life DBZ warriors(I'd say martial artists, but they are chucking fireballs at each other lol) going at it against each other. The parries in 3S make the game look more organic than anything I've ever seen in the genre. Even Guilty doesn't look as realistic and smooth(but that is Guilty's appeal as an anime game anyway). You get me?

Well I feel that if you wanna show off cool stuff in 3S, you should post vids that don't feature shotos. I sadly haven't watched that vid yet, but I will once I leave work ^_^;
Which reminds me, I'll also post a vid of an SA2 Ryu CRUSHING; CRUSHING a Ken with wicked Shin Shoryu combos and what not, later on.

Well he did use Cammy-Guile in SFxT when it was new. It'll be a good character against Tokido, Infiltration and Momochi. And Alioune is there is provide tips. Seems so opposite to his nature though.

Infiltration won enough money already, so he should just go with Hakan at the next major to show the true power of extra virgin olive oil could do, on a serious note, I really think him and Juri are under explored atm, not saying they are some secret top tier, but there is more to them than we've seen so far.
