Rocket Raccoon was hilarious. I knew that was going to be the immediate turn around character. Phoenix Wright actually making the cut was also all kinds of "holy shit" to me. As a Megaman head, I really was hoping to see some X or Bass.EXE action but I wasn't too torn up about that either. Seeing the response from other fans though was woof.
This was also like a day or two after the triple whammy that was Legends 3 gettin stranded on the moon again, BBAMM in SFxT and Inafune leaving Capcom too. It was a really special time. :lol

Those were...very dark times...
The (U)MVC3 roster gave me such mixed feelings. There were many characters that I loved/learned to love, but the one character I wanted and that up until then everyone pretty much took him for granted was just...gone for no reason. Then the X alt happened and rubbed salt on the wound :|
oh please... That character is like every pro wrestler put together, at least Ramon has a clear gimmick.

You're crazy. Wolf is like a love letter to every single top Japanese pro wrestling star, and a few American ones. His moves are also animated, for the most part, the way that they look in real life.
I wouldn't call Marduk a Pro Wrestling character really. He just has Jackhammer, Spear (which is more of a shoot/MMA style spear than a pro wrestling one), Leg Breaker, and Back Breaker.
EDIT: Oh, and El Fuerte has a pretty great Lucha Libre moveset. Also, Ramon from KOF is basically Tiger Mask. Moreso than King is.
EDIT 2: Meant to say El Blaze in my last edit, not El Fuerte.
It wasn't completely free, but he was pretty much a one-man army; his teammate was just a punching bag by the end.
Defeated Sako, Xiao Hai, Poongko, and Infiltration to take home the bacon.

Wolf is the best FG wrestler for being the perfect homage and having all of the moves exactly like it should be. El Blaze is the luchadore equivalent. high flying move set with agile looking throws for the most part and just all that energy in the moves.
