Smash should be higher than Killer, Killer is the next injustice. There is honestly no hype behind the game, the design is poor and weak compared to the other STRONGER fighters out there. Heck, I'd rather see Blazblue than Killer Instinct.

I can't get hype over Killer Instinct. I'm sure it's the "it's more fun to play than watch" thing going on, but I get as hype by watching Tekken without Aris.

I'm pretty sure most of the dissension is coming from people who haven't even played that game. They've yet had a chance to "buy in".
Inoue can do no wrong. Vagabond is on indefinite hiatus which means it can never get cancelled prematurely like Slam Dunk and have an unsatisfying ending. RIP.

Playing first time ever?
Beginner tips.
*Don't skip the cutscenes they are baller as fuck.
*Start on Hard difficulty like how your forefathers played before you.
*Select Golden orb checkpoint system. Just trust me on this.
*Best to start with Swordmaster style first. Easy to learn more moves, helpful on the first few bosses.
*Learn how to dodge (R1 +left or right + jump), learn how to Stinger and learn how to Hightime with the rising variants. Most moves are variant of these two inputs. You have to buy Stinger, its the first move you should get in any DMC game.
*At the end don't skip the credits because if you kill 100 enemies then you unlock the secret Vergil ending.
*You have not beaten the game until you have finished DMD mode. Because that is where their inspiration for Dark Vergil rising came from.
*Play on Turbo mode.
*Vergil and Bloody Palace are unlocked after beating the game. Costumes are unlocked for beating difficulties. DMD beaten gives Super costumes with unlimited DT. Vergil's Son of Sparda difficulty costume has an extra transformation to it which changes how you play him.
*Random tips: There's a different taunt for each Style accolade. There's even a secret taunt for achieving the maximum style bar in the game which is hard to get to and then taunt to maintain.
Every weapon has its usage and so does every style. Do not discount anything in the game except for the Grapple move because its bugged in the HD version.
Holding down the DT button charges your DT gauge and releases a mini explosion that deals damage based on how many DT orbs you burnt. Sacrifices DT usage but gives you a ton of burst damage and style points instantly. Very powerful ability that the game makes no mention of.
Sit back and enjoy one of the truly best action games of all time. Then when you have gotten SS ranks on DMD mode watch some DMC3 videos online and realize you are still shit at the game.

It's funny how I had to calm Jazz-ism down about Darry and "RIP" fighters, when everyone else became their own version of Darry in regards to the Evo lineup.

Made a couple of videos too, nothing too absurd though.
I used to be among the better players until I stopped playing hardcore to concentrate on studies. Within a short time players passed me by in raw execution but I was still a judge for the True Style Tournament until around the time DMC4 came. DMC4 though I was never that good in (enough to S rank missions and not get hit but not good enough to make absurd videos) because that game is way past my execution threshold.
DMC1 though I was godly at. In a couple of years I am seriously going to attempt the speed run record for the game.
I am so salty Hanamichi is not in the new SJ fg. I am pretty sure Slam Dunk was DBZ levels popular in Japan.
Wonderful 101 is indeed amazing. I need to sit down and actually finish it though.

It's like they thought one of the biggest issues with P4A was that characters didn't do enough damage. I kind of want to see this game at American tournaments, just for the lulz.
