I think I may actually pass on lab coat Kurisu. I already have the Koto reissue pre-ordered, and I don't really feel like spending yet another $100 on figures this year. Especially on duplicate characters.
I'm not saying it's not a great-looking figure. I just want other stuff, too.

Anyone have any recommendations for strip-type LED lights for a DETOLF that is cheaper than the IKEA DIODER LED strips and integrates aesthetically better than your generic flexible LED ribbon? My first foray into getting lighting was just using round DIODERs, but to say that the results were underwhelming would be an understatement. So I then got some of the DIODER LED strips to use as side lighting, and they actually look pretty nice, especially if I also keep the round ones:
The problem is that it's both a ton of wires (not too big of a deal) and also pretty expensive - 3 sets of DIODER lights will be $90 + tax, which is more than the DETOLF itself. So I'm looking for alternatives.
Back on the subject of WonFes, got my Makise Kurisu white coat version preorder in, and pretty sure I'll be getting the Kotobukiya Ryougi Shiki - it looks to be a step down in quality from the GSC one which I love dearly (though withholding final judgement until painted), but I absolutely love that pose. Most of the other stuff are at the "wait for painted version and see" level.

I really like her pose much more than the GSC, much more. Wasn't really feeling the paint job. Ugh, and I really like the gears too.

I got the Kotobukiya fig (its like my 2nd fig) I like the gears and the pose. But I like that the GSC is more dynamic.

Man I want those Attack on Titan figures. Too bad they will probably be like 200 bucks. One Piece figures, oh boy. I want all the Shichibukai and the Supernovas at least. I have a few small supernova figures that were like 15 bucks each. Why cant there just be a happy median from ultra expensive to cheap?

Most of the AoT figures are figmas. The only one that isn't so far was the Levi figure, and he's a Koto ArtFX.
Sentinel is also making Levi, and that's the one whose sculpt was shown. Good Smile is making a scaled Mikasa, but there was no sculpt for that either.
