Seabreeze Dark Fina. Why couldnt it just be NORMAL Dark Fina?

My 2nd troll rainbow (Noctis, Noctis, Marie, Aileen, Lightning, Wilhelm)

Well that completes my trinity of Summer Beach Babes i guess :/

I dont think Im going to level her since I have a 2nd Victoria and a Zyrus to level instead.

Really? Well I definitely appreciate that info. Ill have to look into her more closely.

I assumed that because Exvius Wiki has D Fina as #4 and Vicky as #5, with SD Fina nowhere to be found, that she wasnt as good.

Now I realize that D FIna has the ranking she has because of enhancements.

So I need to figure out where SD Fina ranks among Vicky and Zyrus.

Well Dark Fina has access to her enhancements right now while I believe Seabreeze doesnt

Yes.

Looks like her Physical Fall becomes a 45% AOE full break instead of her Dystopia equivalent getting enhanced.

I don't really think either of them are worth enhancing. Though unless you have Trance Terra in the wings, it's not like you're doing anything else with Black crysts, so...

I wish. I actually wasted some Black crysts to enhance Exdeath's Meteor because, like you said, I wasnt doing anything else with them.

Ill level her up and see what my roster is like when the enhancements drop, and decide then.

I really dislike this term, since there are very few troll rainbows.

Lightning and Queen are probably the only true troll rainbows, because even with enhancements. They don't provide anything to a team.

Next up would be Delita, who has the strongest breaks in the game. But isn't much use outside of it.

Seabreeze Fina will be about as good as Ace, DFina, and the other casters once enhanced. It's really only Emperor that breaks away from the pack, till the S2 units come.

I could see the term having more merit for P2P players, but F2P. Most Rainbow units will still provide some real value.



It the game's current state, they sorely need to bump the Rainbow count up or have a sort of Trade in program given how rare they are. I.E. If you pull a dupe, you can trade it in for a 5* Ex ticket to go again. This unit regardless can't be traded in.

I wouldn't mind alternatives to save.

But facebook is fantastic for me in comparison to other games, which rely solely on a code with no easy way to transfer data.

Also as far as I know you can't have your account on multiple devices at the same time.

Understood and agreed.

The only reason I thought she was is I never, ever hear people talk about her or see her listed in the top 5 mages on exvius wiki.

Also, she was part of that Summer Beach Babe banner, which no one Ive ever heard say anything good about.

I was correcting myself by saying she's "not a troll".

Believe me, I am happy to learn of her potential usefulness!

I've got 20 summon tickets and 4000 lapis. I've got a full 6* team that covers all the bases except top-tier healing. I pulled my heart out but could never land Tilith.

Any recommendations on who to wait for to fill this void?

Come on, Seabreeze Fina is as troll as it gets. Her damage is pathetic and won't help you on on any content that's is worth using your brain. At least Dark Fina has a top tier TM and her enhancements to be slightly useful.

Ayaka seems to be the next best healer that's coming.

Has anyone completed the Malboro trial yet? I think I know how I want to do it but I need to level 3 units. The raid was not generous with King Cactuars this time round.

Go with Refia and save all your pulls to Ayaka. Unless Gumi releases some Global exclusive 5* healer.

Yeah I have 5 Karl's, 0 Tilith... Refia is fully pimped and she is already year oldish.

Well, two weeks since I blew a lot on the Nier banner. I haven't done a single pull since then and I'm back up 20 tickets and 4k lapis. Discipline pays off!

I finished the story event
I thought it was ok. The best part was VH with the dwarves. Water did basically nothing and LV was just more pining for Dark. I think they dropped the ball with the veritas in general. Trying to write them as sympathetic makes no sense to me when they've deliberately planned to kill everyone for hundreds of years, sometimes while starting their own families (WV). Only irredeemable psychopaths would interact with and contribute to the world for that long and still feel zero remorse about ending it. That, and their revenge plan doesn't even make sense. Assuming it's also been a thousand years in Aldore, there won't be anyone left alive to take revenge on. I guess VH can feel satisfaction as he kills the great-great-great-great-great-great-great-grandson of the Aldore leader that dicked them over? His wife and son he loves to harp on about are long, long gone already.

It would have made way more sense to have the Veritas as major leaders throughout the world who don't know that destroying the barriers will kill everyone. They become these immortal figureheads that everyone looks up to and trusts fully. Then, have them discover the truth at the same time as the heroes. At the last second, the Veritas realize their new lives haven't been enough and they decide to enact their plan anyway without fully considering the consequences. That works as a much better fall from grace/tragic hero plot than what they tried. It also gives the heroes a lot more time to interact with the Veritas before you have to fight them, further fleshing out their characters.

Don't forget about Aria. She's probably coming next week and she'll be the next great budget healer at only 4*. She's a fantastic replacement for Refia since she also needs dualcast but comes with just about everything else. If you're worried about trying for Ayaka then go for her.

If you have Refia or Y'shtola, they're still quite capable.

Ayaka is a big jump in terms of healer role, and rightfully so since she's a 5* base. But if you're f2p, there's a very high chance of you not getting her.

Enemy trash mob power creep is real.

I just got completely rekt by the Stage 10 boss quite unexpectedly from its threshold attack, as you can't offensive break it. That caught me quite off-guard. That's some ELT Ifrit level garbage right there.

I assume, like the other giant machina bosses from the early days of the game, that all of it's uber-death attacks are lightning based?

Yeah I would have been screwed if I didn't have Rikku's LB up. Dunno about the damage type though, the wiki says it's mostly magic with 20% damage thresholds that can overlap.

Game crashes on me and now I can't continue playing unless I choose not to continue.

Last mission on the story event. This means 90NRG down the drain because the game chooses to crash if I try to continue.

Total Bs.

Since the 2.2 update, my game often experiences weird crashes/glitches (which then cause crashes) if I have pushed the game to background and later bring the game back up. Happens almost every time, and it's quite frustrating. The only way for me to avoid this is to hard close and restart freshly every time I want to do something meaningful and avoid switching apps for any reason until I am done with playing FFBE.

Still, annoying as all living hell though.

Didn't get any veritas from the first batch. Almost didn't bother this time but ended up pulling Light and Waters back to back. So I figured that was the game's way of telling me I'd never get Heavens...today's daily pull shattered that thought. It's weird how I go from having awful luck the past few events and then luck out here.

Holy f*ck that scared me, I boot up the game on MEmu and don't see any friend unit, I check the friend list and see I have 0/130 friends, so I panically launched the game on my iPad and everyone is here, phew.

So I started playing this again but it's been awhile. Would anyone mind giving me some pointers on which characters I have that I should focus on? I just got The Veritas of water today.

The other question I have is what is the best way to get equipment? I've only gotten far enough in the story to almost get my second Esper so I'm guessing part of it is going to be getting crafting recipes from side quests.

Up to 100 regular tickets and 180 total between regular, 4*, 10+1 and EX. Feels good to actually save for once. Not a single pull on this banner feels weird though.

I noticed that the crash usually happens if I used the push notification to access the game.

Try not using the push notice, and just use the app icon to access back into the game again.

Haven't had any crash since then.

Couple of days ago I believe. Or it may not have stopped. I think they extended it to 8/31!


Managed to get the last 2 Veritas on this banner with tickets so I'm all set there. Whew

Looks like you're focusing on the ones you should anyways. WoL, Refia, etc.

I'd probably switch ExDeath for Trance Terra.

And for equipment. Most of it will come from events they run weekly or Collossum pieces
