Hmmm... Well the skin today cost me 5 million to craft with my FC. Actual plot was about 4 million. Faust dummy was another 3 million. Trees were at least 20 million... you get the idea. It adds up very quickly xD
Overall maybe 40-50 million?

The issue isn't having to get high quality items. It's having to get high quality items for a filler quest I want to hurry and get through.

They might actually just be using the collision of the pillar behind them to "float" while the Au Ra and Elezen stand under them to make it appear as they're sitting on their shoulders.

Out of our first 8 kills, we only got 3 weapons for jobs we actually use (and one of these was the terrible DRK GS, which would only see some use on A12 if it wasn't a terrible weapon). To this day, I still haven't seen Daggers drop.
It's training mode for grouped content and mechanics. Can usually do them in a few mins, but queue times for them suck most of the time if you're a dps.
You can skip them but at a certain point in the 2.x series I think it forces you to do some of them to continue the main story quest.

I usually roll a DPS in mmos, often a caster, but man i'm just not feeling THM. It's so much less fun to play so far then CNJ or ARC. Only putting time in it for the cross class stuff.

Surprised on how the raid finder works. Queuing for old extreme (nidd, soph) takes forever. It seems people are only using raid finder for latest (zurvan) for non-clear.
Some other FC members also having the same issue. They can't clear stuff from Thordan ex.
Setting up PF will need some time and we can't play for long hours per session.
I hope they will move the old extremes to DF like usual.

I wasn't there but yeah that would have been much worse. I just want my final piece (chest) for Astrologian and black mage and then the rest is filler/I'll farm for when it is uncapped. It sure doesn't help that drg gear dropped twice in 2 weeks.

I did my first Palace of the Dead run yesterday with some Gaffers. It was fun! Thanks to Wamberz and two other Gaffers. I went from floor 1 to floor 20 twice, and I went from pugilist level 6 to level 13! That's very fast compared to progression through quests. I will keep playing until I unlock the Monk job for sure. I think I'll get every base job to level 30 too.

No, it's shared between all jobs.

The only way to lose aetherpool levels is if you trade it in for the Padjali or the Kinna weapon. So you can absolutely just save it, level up another job to 60, and instantly get an i255 weapon for it.

Days, not weeks. That being said, highest I've gotten is in the high 80s. It caps at 99, I think.

That really depends on your luck with the silver chests, how often you run it, and how your parties want to play. A lot of people will farm PotD for the potsherds (and therefore grade v materia), and will be less willing to go out of their way for chests unless you specifically ask.
It really won't take too terribly long to hit +99/+99 if you're diligent about running it. Be mindful that you'll stop getting levels from chests after a while if you don't move on to later floors.

Ive heard the Xp for below 10 is horrendous but it gets better past that, Im thinking of just playing NIN in there as WAR is pretty dull and annoying to be put with another tank (why??)
Im not sure its fast though, I was getting PLD from 17 to 22 the other day and I literally would level up twice in a dungeon, again when I left the dungeon (daily roulette) then I ran another and I was done.
I really need to learn more about this, Im up to floor 50 on my WAR but people just leg it through for some reason, thought it was all about the Hoard chests

A lot of the stuff in the hoards doesn't really sell for much. In my experience, people won't pass up hoards if Intuition is up, but they also won't go out of their way for them if not. The potsherds, on the other hand, offer you a choice of grade v materia, so you can pick whichever sells for the most on your server. You're also guaranteed at least two for a full 1-100 clear. So the idea is that rushing through means you can cash out sooner. It's not the most efficient thing ever, but it's not a horrible thing to do if you're gonna be leveling in potd anyway.
Just don't be a dick and refuse to leave the cairn if the rest of your party wants to full clear every floor.

Are they removing caps for the loot in Dun Scaith soon?
i think ill take a break till the new expansion is here, tried to do dun scaith yesterday and after 63 minutes que didnt pop, felt like a total waste of time since i finished relic
dun scaith on a monday is a bad idea depending on the time.
It progressively increases from 1-10 to 41-50, then 51-60 give the same until 91-100 which is the biggest payout.
