is it a pretty standard end game? Wildly different end game? Yeah I'm just speaking about the early and now mid-game for now. But now you have me curious if it keeps its own identity at the end game or if it slinks into the modern end game standards of like every MMORPG out there.
for reference I've done a ton of raiding in WoW (Vanilla, Cata and MoP heroics) and raided hardmode launch SWTOR.
My excitement to start playing again just went way up.You can use your PC character on the PS4.
You will get the CE items, but I'm pretty sure you won't get the free 30 days unless you make a new service account. My excitement to start playing again just went way up.
But when I registered my PC ver. It was the standard edition. Now that I have the CE for PS4, will there be any issues to redeem my CE stuff and the free 30 days?

Earrings and wrists?Really starting to feel the call of Second Coil. The only Soldiery piece left for me to buy that might make some sense to buy are the Fending pants, and as nice as those are the High Allagan Fending pants are more desirable, at least until I get the Soldiery Axe.
Speaking of, by my estimate it looks like only the Fending chest, pants, ring, and arms are worth buying, and the latter only because the high Allagan is a Turn 8 drop.
Is there any Soldiery item for tanking that I'm over looking?

you could spend on rowena tokens of soldiery towards your weapons if you really have nothing else you want to spend soldiery on
Don't you need a turn 7 drop in addition to the tomes to get the weapon?
Because turn 8 is supposed to be an insane dps check, I expect to be on the back of the list for those drops
how do I change the stupid fucking place the game downloads to after I got the launcher? It keeps trying to save to my C:/ directory, but I do not have any fucking space on there. I need it to be on D:/, but cannot find any where to change it. I'm not talking about where to download the launcher to, that allowed me to select D:/. I am talking when you log in on the launcher and it starts downloading files, it wants to save to C:/. I need it to be D:/
God this is like the tenth game that makes it incomprehensible to figure out how to change the directory where you download to. This should be simple shit, but maybe there's a universal PC setting that'll allow me to change it that I am unaware of
irfaanator said:Once you install you can just copy the folder somewhere else. That's what I did
Unidentifed Tomestone is a Turn 7 drop, yes.
yes but you can buy them in increments of like 130 to avoid hitting cap, but this is only really useful if you're hitting soldiery cap and don't want to spend on any gear yet. it's just an option to keep in mind i guess.
Oh I'll definitely buy those tokens if I get close to the Soldiery cap. Especially if I'm running out of desirable soldiery pieces.
Why don't you move some files on your C drive to your other drive then put it back after the install?
I am actually trying right now to locate enough non-essential files to be able to even do that. The problem is I keep the drive so tight that almost every file is essential and if moved, I'm not sure windows would function properly. I have reached 600mb free right now, this is a nightmare

So, I just want to check something:
My main class is Gladiator.
My secondary class is Conjurer, I am leaving lower level quests for this class.
Do I also then get to pick a job like a blacksmith or goldsmith or weaver or whatever in addition or does that act as a second class?
About to hit 15 with my Gladiator and will start dungeoning soon. How do you mark on a controller?
Good to hear!I had the PC version and added the PS4 service to my account yesterday, and my paid for game time went from 9 days to 39 days.
Wow. That is a unique situation you have there.
your C drive is a nightmare
haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
Good to hear!
Wait, so does that mean I could switch back and forth from PC and PS4?
Yeah, I have an 80GB SSD for the C:/ drive. they were expensive back then, so I didn't go larger.
No, companies that don't include the simplest of options that should have been standard back in 1992 are nightmares; I'm entitled to keep my harddrive well organized and tight so that everything is easy to find and locate and mess with when I need it
I keep my essentials and non-essentials tightly segregated so I do not ever risk ruining something I need; additionally, the windows drive is an C:\ is an SSD drive. The only real non-essential programs I have on C:/ are Firefox and winamp.
Anyway, I just made it up to 1100mb, I don't know what left I can delete, but I think if I delete the rest of these .tmp files I can just make it over the top *crosses fingers*
Edit: Yes, 1550mb free! Huzzah!

Turn 9 music is so rad, especially love these parts (no spoilers, I think?)

I like it when my Final Fantasy sounds like Final Fantasy.
If it's any consolation, some marauder (warrior) skills cross-class to gladiator, so it still helps. What an idiot. I just spent ages levelling warrior from 0-15 then realised it was gladiator I meant to do...
I'm done for tonight D:
I've set it up so focus targeting, marks, and a few macros are brought up whenever I hold both the L and R triggers.
Maybe the installer is trying to save the download files in the Windows %TEMP% folder, so it can patch the game once it's downloaded. It's pretty standard when installing stuff.Alright, so now when I am done downloading this update, how can I move the update to my D:/ whilst still having the game recognize where the files are now?
Appreciation the help
Oh, that's awesome. I really didn't think it would work that way.I had the PC version and added the PS4 service to my account yesterday, and my paid for game time went from 9 days to 39 days.

What year is this?!?!
HDD space issues shouldn't be a thing with how cheap storage is.
Just get rid of the porn.
It is when you have expensive SSD type. This SSD was purchased back when SSD prices were still sky high even for an 80GB like the one I have.
Anyway, I barely resolved the enough space issue, but I just want to be able to move the update to a place where it can still recognize it but off the C. Because what happens the next time there is an update? I can't start fitting all my FFXV updates there
Also your joke is a sort of failure, since like I established, my C:/ is only for essential files. I have not a single porn file on there. That'd be D:\
GAFers were prominent in Ul'dahlHello Gafers!
So, I just moved over my ps3 ps4 transfer and transferred over to Ultros (sp).
I would love to join the Gaf FC! How do I locate a gafer to submit an application to?
I'd been waiting for this for a while, and apparently it happened month or so ago and I didn't notice. Guildwork released a beta of their game client, which has some cool features like push notifications for duty finder pops, remote chat (do in-game chat while you're away from your computer/the game), cross-server chat, Guildwork site messaging in-game, and some other stuff.

Never miss a Duty Finder instance ever again! Guildwork will send you a push notification to your iOS or Android device the moment an instance is found.
