Must know how much it will cost to dye my Chocobo bright purple. If each dye feeding is only a slight color alteration, it could still get pretty expensive pretty quick.

The FATE popped for me right as I was mining umbral rocks (42 HQ, getting close to that new pickaxe!), which was lucky, since I wasn't gonna go look for it, plus I have no idea who Shantotto is.

Though it said you had to do 2 FATEs, but I only did 1 and got the reward.

Your Gil will visit for just a couple minutes in a FATE and then vanish again after it ends.

Feeding color chart WIP
Running theory is 3 fruit per 6hr is the cap for feedings, anything more might be a waste idk. The mixes seem to affect color change though.
Some reddit people are reporting feeding up to 11 at once? Another reporting almost 10+ for CREAM YELLOW? Wut
The fact that this is what came out of some guy feeding 3 apples and 3 berries is sorta disheartening.
Gonna have to grab a snickers, this is gonna be a while.

Stable condition might affect the change? Sounds unlikely now.
Can you work on more than one color at once mixing feeds? Not sure seems like you can only go one step on a primary.
One fruit isn't an assured change apparently, 3 seems pretty likely, but others are reporting not seeing a message up to 5 fruit!

Hope you guys like feeding your chocos lots of crunch berries I guess.

GAF garden plots gotta outfit hundreds of people, the volume of fruit needed seemingly cancels out the generous per-plant yield. Unless hunt marks also drop portable gardening plots, the most organized system in the world is no good here.

The color chart is continually being updated from the base color.
It seems pretty easy to jump to wherever you want if you shove enough crunch berries down their throat.
10+ of any one fruit seems to jump immediately out of the yellow spectrum.

Man the lighter shades coming in are looking way better than the deeper ones.
Lime Green Choco is pretty damn tempting.
