I still can't believe I'll be playing FFXV next week, it's just a demo but to have something to test after all these years is kind of a relief lol. Don't even know when I'll get to type-0, especially now since Bloodborne is creeping up on my radar of games I really want to play and I didn't even like the Souls games.

It's by far the most toxic German forum when it comes to FF(XV), I think. Previews have only been on GamesPro, GamesWelt and JPGames so far, right? All of them were pretty positive at least.

I only read the JPGames Review and it was overall positive, especially in terms of gameplay

Its really annoying to see people equate complex controls = complex gameplay. You can have simple controls but challenging gamelpay (Knack on Hard mode is a very good example) and it looks like in FFXV mana management is very important and can make or break the player And more player choice (manual weapon select) is not inherently better gameplay design. I am actually happy about the change now selecting weapons and what slot they go in matters now. It is a RPG at its core.
