I was looking forward to Kingsglaive but it was so beige. I was disappointed considering how great a lot of the designs and art were. It's probably better than the original Advent Children but The Spirits Within was a much better movie tbh.

It's good dumb fun. Worth the watch if you're a fan of Final Fantasy, even just a bit.

It really wasn't bad. I think it holds up pretty well for a video game movie. There was just so much riding on it and it kinda crashed and burned. Much better than Kingsglaive and Advent Children. Wonder what would have happened if it was a financial success.

I loved it as a kid seeing Cloud and bros in CG and all. But it's pretty boring. Those dudes that were pieces of Sephiroth or whatever were the most Nomura-ass characters ever in concept and design. I guess I liked the Turks in it.

Kingsglaive is badly put together and badly edited.

BUT, there are some ridiculous action scenes in them and some glorious FF fan service. I don't regret watching it, though I wouldn't argue with anyone calling it out.

Liked advent children too. No lie. It was a great FF movie. Had summons, limit breaks, Vincent. I loved it.

AC has its faults but at least it doesn't fail in its cinematography and editing. I enjoyed it.

Kingsglaive looks like amateur work compared to AC. While I enjoyed the last 10-15 minutes the rest of it was an embarassment.

I just can't get over resurrecting Sephiroth and Rufus. Erm, so-to-speak. There's also something surprisingly dissatisfying about watching Afterlife!Aerith/Zack have actual conversations. It somehow cheapened the power of their deaths to me.

I wasn't a kid when i saw it lol, and i can't see how it could be boring when you could not go a scene without something exploding or some acrobatic move

The airship is dumb. It's *always* faster to find a nearby spot and fast-travel. The entire game has become waiting for load times.
