Waiting for the unlock. From what I've glanced from impressions and reviews I expect the game to be better than XIII but not nearly up to the standard of the older titles. Still negative, surprise me SE.

Can someone tell me if I should be freaking out if Amazon says the game is for sure being delivered on the 29th but it hasn't been shipped yet (but they charged me)????

Amazon Canada ? I was charged as well but I did not receive the email with the billing details yet and it's not shipped. A friend of mine has the same thing too.

Less than 10 minutes left...
And it all started here.
It's been a long wait, and a wild ride, guys.

I remember first seeing this and thinking "Wow, that's dark....". Especially since FFXIII looked like what happens when a unicorn vomits rainbows in comparison. I also remember being excited at all the Kingdom Hearts people being attached to the project, so a real time battle system was sort of implied.

Crazy.

Question about that Amazon Roadtrip and Carbuncle Surprise stuff, when do we get the download codes for the DLC for the Amazon stuff and the Cindymobile skin for the Regalia?

We were all of us someone different in 2006.

You know, FFX loved the phrase "ten years ago." A little too much. I used to laugh, but now I'm on the verge of tears. Ten years really is a long, long time. Back then, I was 18 years old and I'd just gotten out of a homeless adolescence. I was living with a girl; it didn't work out, but we're still friends to this day. I was jaded, I was cynical. I was snark incarnate. Never thought I'd make anything of myself.

E3 2006 comes along and for a few short moments everything crystallizes. An incredible trailer blows me away.

Ten years pass. I'm a college grad. I am somewhat successful. I've traveled the world, I've written copiously. I'm an optimist.

We were all of us someone different in 2006. Many of us remember that debut trailer. Many more joined somewhere along the way.

The wait is over.

FFXV begins now. For all of us.

Happily welcoming several more Camp "Kingsglaive didn't suck" initiates tonight.

Kingsglaive sucked in a way that makes the typically panned movie (Warcraft, Transformers, etc.) look better, but I appreciate it for what it was. Just the ambition, scope, and spectacle carry a good amount of water, and went some distance to deepening my investment in the world. You rarely see a game brought to life that way, although it was without most of the nuance and charm that seems to be in the game itself.

But yeah, I'm going to rewatch it before I play FFXV. If you're that person who has watched Versus XIII/FFXV trailers multiple times over the years, as I am, there's definitely some joy to be taken from Kingsglaive. :p

Well said. This is a pretty significant portion of us fans' lives that is coming to an end.

2 hours in, still chapter 1, I've been doing Judgment demo once again ahah, it doesn't get old.
Things to note: text in english puts distance in the imperial system and that's annoying as fuck.
I kind of miss scheme b from Judgment demo.

Ignis smashed the car while listening to Sunleth Waterscape, I should fire him.

The music alone in that trailer definitely had that KH vibe.

"Honey, I have something coming in the mail tomorrow but I'll be at my basketball game. Think when you get home you could grab it, open the disc, and put it into the PS4. Very important."

"I think I can handle that"

"Do you know how to turn the controller on?"

"Nope"

:/ Want that patch downloaded when I get home!

My entire night Is now sour as fuck. To stand there staring in my face telling me y'all having a midnight launch just to score a pre order under ya belt is lame as hell. I'm mad salty right now
