No, its just that he can run gronnraven and provide dance utility. The problem with other green mages is that they provided no utility if they ran gronnraven/ta, they were just there as a hard counter for blues and arrows.

I think he's the best unit in the banner, but I'm not sure if he should be on the same tier lyn. Lyn tbh deserves to be in her own tier.

Horse Emblem (Lynhardt, Xander, and Inigo) seems pretty OP now. The usual dancer nightmare except now with a built in anti meta tool for the mirror match.



So basically all the dancers are tier S/A. Now there's a dancer who has ranged attacks and can counter the 2 most dominant threats in the meta. Pretty self explanatory tbh.

He can counter her with just QR. Bowbreaker is added security but he can run QR. Plus running QR gives him more matchups against blue mages or something too.

The problem with a dancer dagger user is that I always liked using dagger users WITH a dancer so that the dagger user could attack again and take advantage of their own debuff, which usually leads to a kill. The dagger user being the dancer itself kinda prohibits that.

Olivia is by far the easiest to level lol.
Just put her behind two tanks (with weapons unequipped) and she can just just keep killing enemies while aoe healing both at the same time with her weapon/seal.

Yeah, she's not an offensive threat whatsoever. My Olivia is +RES -HP, which puts her at 31 RES, so she can at least be used as mage bait. Probably go support-y with Breath of Life 3, WoM3, and maybe Darting Blow for the doubles?

My +att Inigo started off with HP and att. At this point that puts him at 44 attack, so he finally has a bit of bite against units that he isn't explicitly built to counter.

Leveling both Inigos was the key to getting the build going quickly, with one just acting as a mule for TA and Moonbow the only thing I'm waiting on now is a handful of feathers to give him Gronnraven+.

I've run a lot of calculations today and yes, Inigo with Triangle Adept Raven can survive and kill both Reinhardt and Lyn.

With +0 against +10 and Hone Cavalry buffs he struggles but this can be mitigated with Distant Defense 1 and/or him being Speed buffed.

He is frankly an amazing new anti-meta tool and we decided to tier him S+ - the best unit of this banner.

+Spd/-Atk seems like one of the best natures for him since the margins are extremely tight and he can't really afford losing any of his bulk.

Ha I came to this conclusion as well when running calcs. He really can’t afford to lose any bulk as you said so that leaves either speed or Atk as his bane and speed bane gets him doubled more, so that leaves Atk as the best bane.

I went from pissed to glad to have a +hp/-Atk real quick.

So I got 4775 after 1 death with Inigo in tier 20, he replaced Soren.
I had Luna and Quick Riposte.
He does really well, and I might just have to marry him instead.
Perfect runs on tier 19 will get you into tier 20.

I think -HP, +Def is an acceptable tradeoff, though -HP, +Speed or - Attack, +Speed are probably best.

Am I calculating correctly?

A horse buffed +ATK DB3 Reinhardt+10 has 60 ATK on initiation. He goes down to 36 ATK due to TA3 + color disadvantage, so he will hit neutral Inigo for 16 + 22 damage. This Inigo will need either +2 HP or +2 RES to survive.

Mine is +SPD/-RES, so he needs +5 RES to survive against max power Reinhardt. With a +3 HP or Distant DEF seal, he needs a +3 RES buff. With +1 RES seal, the +4 RES buff saves him too.

Inigo wasn't made to be a tank, so it's impressive that TA3 can protect him from basically any Reinhardt with either minor team support or Panic debuffs.

Almost got my Nino KO'd by a Reinhardt because I saw he didn't have QP. She lived with 1 HP lol. Fortunately the last map was a bunch of armors without armor march which posed no threat at all. Would have thrown my phone if it was another cavalry team.

Can't say I'm a fan of the mode but it does bring the hype on occasion.

Nice score, congrats. I'm also currently controlling my score to be around 4880ish; it should be good to hold top 5k for a week or two.

Speaking of AA, another alarming aspect of the dancer banner is that now more people have more dancers, they are going to have a easier time in AA deathless runs. This could drive the cut offs up even faster than things like CYL

What exactly are you expecting to summon with 40 Orbs? You can do a lot worse such as spending 150+ without anything worthwhile.

For a defensive Elise, Distant Defense or Spd+3 are her best options. Can never have enough Spd imo, but if you feel she does have enough (she is cavalry, after all), Distant Defense improves her survivability in the more likely defensive situation between being attacked up close and from afar. 47 Res after Distant Defense and Fortify Cavalry is nothing to sneeze at. 28 Def though, maybe. lol

On a slightly related note I just got back into FE:H because of the new Azura and got lucky to get her. I'm wondering though if her dance would help any of the assassins/ninjas currently in the game (or even if any of them are particularly noteworthy).

Went with the cancer comp of Elincia, Reinhardt, B. Lyn, and Inigo for Arena. Got a 4,804, which I'm not sure is good enough to get into 20, but it is at the moment. Anyways, he's sick. He basically made it so I was unafraid of Rein or Lyn, baiting and killing either one on the enemy's turn. He also handily crushed any anti-Lyn units, like Raven TA Robin.

I think I like the idea of giving him Quick Riposte 3 for arena and WoM for PVE stuff, since he left some kills on the table and I didn't use WoM once.

That is legit crazy good luck. 4 5* in 100ish orbs alone is really good but you got really good ivs for all three. +spd/-def is optimal Azura, +atk/-res Olivia is solid, and -atk is the best bane for Inigo.

If she's not attacking, Fortress Def/Res is an option.

Speed is very important to avoid being doubled.

I did one full pull and got no green orbs. Nothing good except my first Priscilla, and of course it's Atk+ Spd-.

Hmm contemplating running an Eirika instead of BK with my Brave Ike and Soren. I want to do a blade tome build with Soren and but that means he need/wants displayed buffs from somewhere and the only other source would be fortify def 2 from Ninian as my blue unit.

This puts me without a distant counter unit but also allows me to support B!Ike even further as well. I was also contemplating some sort of masked Marth buffer/medic build over Eirika but I'm not entirely sure how I'd Build that.

Finally had some pull luck yesterday. After 4 out of 5 pulls not even having a gree I got PAzura after onyl 34 orbs. Finished that sessions and also got these 2:

+ATK/-DEF 4* Reinhardt
+DEF/-RES 4* Klein
-HP/+DEF PAzura

Since I had neither of them I will level and use them. My Horse Emblem so far uses Camus/Xander/BLyn/Frederick, not sure if I replace one of them with Reinhardt or if I just switch around (I also still have Elise). But I finally have a mounted mage now, so that in itself is already great. <3

I think I won't pull anymore on this banner. I still have nearly 300 orbs (270 or something), but I somehow don't want to push my luck and instead will wait for the next banner.
