Feels it may have been a situation where the writers didn't talk to the artists until the last minute.
People saying that Ramza looked feminine in Tactics are forgetting that all men had a soft look to them. Nearly all men had a waist and hips like Ramza. In fact for some reason men had nearly identical waistlines to the female characters making most look like they had huge hips.
Ramza doesn't need to be all buffed up but the makeup is overkill.
Dycedargs haircut tho. That shit is on point

He's also much slimmer, ugh. So bad, easily the worst redesign. FF8 Squall looks like he hit the weights every now and then at least.
The 012 render didn't mess up the face quite as much, which is the one this game's model seems to be closer to.
