Clichy strikes me as not being great at defending and pretty poor at attacking. I'd much prefer Izaguirre and to a lesser extent, Enrique. We shouldn't pay more than £10m for Enrique.

Neymar is better than Robinho, IMO. But I'm not a fan of the person either. Ganso is cool, very calm and focused. On the field they're both great, but Neymar is the man on the TV in the moment. But their prices are the same, I think. But Ganso gets injured very often, while Neymar don't.

You are underestimating Pastore, underestimating Sanchez, underestimating Serie A, and most of all underestimating the showman that is Maurizio Zamparini.

The Torres/Carroll transfers aside, if Cesc is valued at £40 and unproven talent like Neymar at £45 or more, then Pastore is a fair price in the £30-35 range imo. I specifically watched a few Palermo games last season when they aired live here to see him in action. And while I definitely rate Hamsik as the better of the two, that might have to do with the formation and players around him, rather than actual talent. Pastore is no doubt world class.
