City and Chelsea will make better offers in terms of money, hopefully if we have a bid accepted he sees us as the club most likely to give success and improve him as a player.

I don't think he'd have a reason to stop playing well. If anything it would make him look worse to outside clubs. TBH, all of Arsenal, sans van Persie, played like shit in the last 2 months. I can't really quite place my thumb on Nasri. It makes me upset because I really like him as a player. I honestly believe money is important to him and it's almost as if he was using it as an excuse to get Wenger to let him move on. I don't know. It feels really hard to let him move on to United, but out of all the great players that Wenger has moved on, NONE of them have ever played better than they did at Arsenal. Yeah, but lets be honest, Nasri has pissed on his relationship with Arsenal fans with what he has done in this transfer window. You compare Nasri's actions in regards to his contract negioations to that of Cesc Fabregas and it paints a very clear picture that Nasri doesn't give a toss about Arsenal fans.

But yeah, selling such an attacking option to Utd given that they stand in our way of the premier league is just something that I can't see Wenger doing. Wenger publically stated that he wouldn't sell to Utd, which basically says it all in regards to what our club thinks of this.
