Some French TV channel called "BeIN Sport" (they have the rights to Ligue 1 and are owned by Al Jazeera) says Tiote to Arsenal is all but done. They apparently reported on the Song deal being done days before.

hahaha I thought that as well.
Carragher jumped out of the way of him, the contact was minimal, and the player fell to the ground once he'd lost the ball.
Never a penalty.
