IF Javi Garcia is bought... then Mancini has fixed some of the problems the squad had last season.
City lacked a capable DM to replace Yaya when he's on African Nations/injured. De Jong was too one-dimensional, Barry was too in-mobile. Rodwell is more usable in the offense than Barry and De Jong, and this Javi Garcia is apparently capable offensively as well.
Johnson was never gonna be a bench player, while Sinclair might accept it more. His speed is also what City might need. Richards got through tons of times only thanks to his speed and the passes of Nasri and Silva, maybe Sinclair can too.
Then Savic replaced by... well, anyone is an improvement.
Maicon bringing in tons of experience as well, that will be needed for CL.

Same. I don;t rate him as highly as most on here, but he;s more than good enough for us. Would be a brilliant move, if only temporary. Not sure why City would do it though, he's not a disruptive influence like Adebayor
