Has van Persie recovered from his injury? It doesnt have to be a bad thing with only one or two world class players in the squad. We made it to the semis in 2006 with no world class player. Greece won Euro 2008 like this.

Only 3/4 guaranteed at the top of his game though. I mean he might keep going aged 32/33/34, but alot of players drop off by then or start having fitness issues.

Fair point

If Sturridge has another great season next year, he'll be on the periphery of world classness anyway. Same goes for Cahill.

Need to fix Studge's fitness issues though. It's not too bad when we have Suarez to pick up the slack, but it's not good to have him being ruled out for 3+ weeks at a time.

Pretty easy to get overwhelmed.

Assuming you've rang the bell, you shouldn't be having any problem doing that at all? I ran straight through every time. Unless you're just getting unlucky with invasions.
