Football Thread |OT17| Jordan Henderson for Ballon d'Or

You are the most miserable football fan I've ever come across :lol

It's just the truth. Games against United, Tottenham and Everton coming up. Potentially 9 lost points right there, certainly will at least lose at Old Trafford. And Arsenal are going on one of their late season runs, similar to last season.

Any recommendations on a good smartphone?

I'm looking for a new one.

I hear the Xperia Z is good but could do with improvements. I haven't seen much of the Galaxy S4 but I imagine it's just as good as the S3, which has served me like a champ.

So, yeah. My PC died on my this Saturday. Would crash upon the Windows logo start up screen and restart. Recovery to an earlier time didn't do shit and it couldn't find any problems. It just kept on getting BSOD and restarting upon reaching Windows. Restoring to factory settings did the trick eventually. I have no idea what was wrong, but it had to be something software related I guess. Didn't do anything weird or wrong the night before. I didn't download any porn from sketchy websites.

Many heart attacks later, when I finally got it working again I had to fucking reinstall every fucking program or app on my computer. Great Saturday afternoon that was.

Everton at home = win because Moyes can't beat the big clubs away
Spurs at home = dunno
United away = draw because you're better away and we aren't looking very good right now.

7 out of 9 from that though I think

I don't know about. You've performed reasonably well against United in most of the fixtures this season. The only loss has been in the league and that was... well, you know.

Lol, have you read my laptop troubles? I had sort of the same problem. Had to replace my harddrive eventually. Luckily my grandpa of all people had a 500GB harddrive lying around for me to put in my laptop so everything is back to normal. But I also had to reinstall everything :')

Think tc91 had a similar problem with his. Somebody was saying it might be an issue with faulty RAM iirc.

The derby tonight pales in comparison to the hype created by Lambda and myself for Thursday's game between the only UNITED in Europe and Benfica.

Nope, next year.

Although I'm sure he won't last until next year. Winning the CL or not.

No, but with the amount of enemies he got there at this point it's hard to imagine him staying for his last year.

Thanks. Hate the guy personally but I guess he is the best option for Chelsea now.

He will try sell off half your squad though. : P and Abramovich wasn't exactly in spending mood lately.

My Nexus 7 was acting up as well Saturday. Battery went out quite suddenly and when I had it hooked up to a charger it wouldn't start. Hooking it up to a PC did work however, so crisis averted. I own too many electrical appliances I couldn't live without. :(

Had a stick of RAM causing my previous PC to shutdown earlier but it wasn't the same as this. Not ruling it out though, computers are very complicated machines. It simply didn't feel like loading up Windows after booting up.

He sure wasn't in January only signing Ba, but that also has be seen in the light of being out of CL. In the summer though :

Eden Hazard (Lille, £32m), Oscar (Internacional, £25m), Marko Marin (Werder Bremen, £7m), Victor Moses (Wigan, £9m), Cesar Azpilicueta (Marseille, £7m), Kevin De Bruyne 7 (Genk, £7m).

People are always quick to say Roman is losing interest or doesn't want to spend money on Chelsea anymore, ignoring that he usually has the transfer window before and even has been trying to teach his son how to control a football club, everything points to him being at Chelsea for good and with the investments necessary, I can understand the wishful thinking for some other clubs fans though. :p

Believe Oscar was 25 million euro, not pounds.

Yeah, we have been spending a lot. I hope we can make do this summer without spending too much.

Rafa Honigstein says the basis for a Dzeko to Dortmund deal is in place but it all depends on whether Lewandowski leaves in the summer.

My Xbox RROD'd three times on me and had to be sent to Germany. This PC had to be restored to factory settings, which I could do myself.

Therefor I can conclude that PC > Consoles

You're right I forgot about Azp/Marin/Bruyne

We have to cling to something :p

Yeah, me too. I missed my laptop those four days I had to do without :p

Chelsea were also making that ambitious bid to build a new ground at the Battersea location which would have cost alot of money and taken a good few years.

O_O.

I had the exact same problem last week. Took out the RAM I ordered from Crucial and it's been fine since, I had to wipe my HDD like you did.

I've had to stop myself from posting half a dozen times in the Thatcher thread.

Those who have been following it, guess who I was going to reply to every single time.
