Fingers crossed it's a turn-based tiled-based racing game. 🤞

You joke, but they've done practically all weird shit in Forza already, something quirky like that would be a fantastic add-on.

Maybe they add boats / water races (?)

They need to partner with Sega for Forza Horizon x Outrun and use small versions of all of their world/dlc maps.
Never thought about that but YES now they need to do that! Arcade racing in general should be the focus, for the longest time I have wished for nitro boosts too. And mud sprays! Playground should go hunt for the guy that made the mud in Motorstorm.

It's going to be a stunt mode/sky race. That's the only community stuff I see these days.

Got to be honest if that's all they add, and there isn't a PlayStation version I'm going to have to pass.

Fh3 was great (didn't play 1 and 2 as they aren't on pc) 4 was more of the same with a bit more razzle dazzle, 5 could've been a DLC map pack and as such was a major disappointment for me.

I wish they would unveil Forza Horizon 6 instead.
Exactly, it's been almost three years since 5 and even that is almost an exact copy and paste job of both 3 and 4.

It's time to give this franchise another serious revamp which hasn't happened for a good 8 years now.

If they do something more substantial, as in, do it in Japan with full city environments (as well as have their usual natural environments) then I'm happy to wait.

I just hope whatever they're doing is not being delayed by Fable.

Personally, I have barely played 5. Spent a good chunk of time on 4. I really don't need 3 of these games on the same console. Totally fine waiting for 6 if it means more time for them to upgrade it.

That's probably why there isn't a new one this year, the next game probably is going to be a bit more of a shakeup.

serious revamp = JAPAN!!!! with HEAVY emphasis on street racing, especially during the night. Swap festival bs with actual car meets, pretty much just make FH Tokyo Drift

Demolition Derby with its own cars for that playlist is my guess?
I can't think of what else they could really add, that would be overly exciting :)

Or maybe even a monster truck stunt mode? I'm sure you have a single event where you drive a monster truck and do trucks and that after a showcase race.

FH5 kinda already has a battle royale mode lol
Forza Horizon 4 had Eliminator (Battle Royale) added about a year after release.

P.S. The issue with Forza Horizon 5 for me is that the location is boring as hell. Nearly 1/3 of the game is desert, about 1/5 is jungle with no visibility, and 1/6 is mountain/volcano with long winding roads. The highway, bridge, stadium, and resort areas are really the only ones I like and there is barely anything to do in them...

I can see them going to the rally motorsport sooner or later.

But I would like to finally going to Japan on horizon games. That game really needs s shake up on their foundations.....

The map is pretty weak in my opinion. Always thought that Mexico was going to be cool...

Still think peak was 2/3 and 4 specially because of seasons.

Yeah I don't disagree but I still liked it quite a bit. Wonder what the next location will be.

I totally agree. I've disliked the Mexico setting far more than any other Horizon game. It just was not good at all, too bland.

There should be 100 players on the world map at any given time always, instead it seems like there's maybe 10 or so and once you drive away from them it will load in a different small group. It leaves the world feeling dead.
