The second pizza definitely turned out better, but the underside still isn’t as crispy as I’d like it to be. Maybe I should have gotten a thicker pizza steel.

Also, this sauce kinda sucks. I thought I still had some canned San marzanos to make a homemade sauce, but turns out I didn’t. So store bought will have to do.

Still, pizza is pizza.
