Ah you are right, I was talking of Munin.

I was sending friggles a PM, in case he still wants to participate if the is back until monday. I said the same to Fresquito and thought it would only be fair to offer him the same.

But since he didnt got back to me since then, I suppose he is quite short of time right now.

We'll see. I am not crossing him out yet if I dont need to ;)

Since TheConfidenceMan is offline I've taken the liberty of uploading the vid, should be OK I guess.

We started out with 3 MGs each. I lost one due to a mistake from me/good anticipation by my opponent. Then I might have had a chance to even out the score but it's hard to really push with only MGs. I tried to push it, but guessed wrong and ended up with bulletholes in all my green guys. Their vatform lives snuffed out, just like that. Ah well, more where those came from :)

Or you could do something like this. Actions don't have to be placed on waypoints.

Yeah, I don't know why but youtube killed 3 of the 4 videos I tried to upload last night. Telling it to record offline and then manually uploading to youtube worked every time though.

Yeah, there are only a few commands you can't place and can only exist at a waypoint, like waiting (obviously). You can make pretty precise orders using both the timer line and the lines between waypoints to place orders.

Toma, I think there's an error with Group B. I've won 2 games but have 9 points. I guess it's a hangover from there being two videos of the same match being posted.

Yeah, I think we lost all four mg's on the same turn... I almost had you with that rocket and I would have I didn't change my mind as to where it should go at the last minute :/. Oh well, I didn't think you were going to go thrOugh that door. gg dude.

Really intense indeed. Well played by the both of you, when you have two RLs each there's nothing more to do then you both did imo.

I'm playing against most of you now (Group F), but I guess I'm in a different timezone then you (I'm in Europe) so it might take some time.

@TheExecutive, I haven't started our second game, since I'll probably not have a lot of time to play tomorrow. Feel free to challenge me, or I'll create a game after tomorrow.
 
Aww man just lost one of my games. Was very nervous about my last move and should have gone with my instincts >.< Uploading now.

Edit: Actually really annoyed with myself over it. Our group is so close and i really needed that win. Damn.

Yeah, I got smoked for sure! Not exactly sure how that rifle man got toasted... I mean I realize that your guy had the drop on him, but when I ran the simulation, my guy got the drop on you... I'm sure I did something wrong. ;) Oh well, good game!

He retreated from the tourney due to time constraints. I gave him time until monday though to get back to it. If he doesnt respond to me or within this thread until then, you got one man less to worry about in your group ;)

Yeah, I got lucky here, totally clinging on at the end. I simulated your shotgun guy coming round that corner and my shotgun guy got him, but my guessing of his positioning must have been well off.

The devil is in the details sometimes in this game.
 
Anyone else having trouble exporting movies to youtube? I've done one successfully, but the next one says "Unable to convert file" in my youtube library. The most recent one I recorded offline and uploaded manually, but it got stuck at 480p for some reason.

I feel like I had an advantageous spawn. Even so I fucked up the kill at the beginning with the shotty, I could have gotten my opponents MG but I started aiming too late. The rest went pretty smoothly for me. GGs Mr_Appleby!

I really don't like how I managed these games. Too many stupid decisions, possibly partly because I am not really comfortable with GL and RL yet and they were basically the entirety of our matches.
However this doesn't take anything away from the fact that you shut me down pretty harshly in both games, especially with your granades in the first match.

Give them a few more days time. I'll ask around next week who is in dire need of responses and will send out PM's to Gaffer that dont respond.

They get kicked afterwards if they dont, but I'd not like it come to that :)
I'll keep you updated, when we are going to do that.
