Soooo. What the fuck is this. Waiting on Q to come out? Been here since 8, had a bunch of weed carriers rap(local ones with no affiliation), then DJ with shit sound, then Vince staples for 25 minutes, been shitty DJ for like an hour. Guess Rashad is just not coming? I don't go on Gaf while in a venue, but this is bullshit.

Its working numerous minor muscles which should potentially increase overall bloodflow and stiffness to the area. I just wasn't sure if it was bogus, but if someone is vouching for it I'll give it a go.
I do nei gong stuff for martial arts, which requires you to lift your pelvic floor muscles with inhales, so i get my course there. I know some people crank them out like reps and holding them in the car or at the desk though. There are lots of routines out there.

Eh, it was fun enough. I'm sure it would be much better with a decent sound system. Crowd wasn't feeling it cause only half could hear it, while the other half were next to the shitty speakers.
Would have been nice to know that. Concert went till 12 and there was only one rapper that mattered (couldn't even hear Staples). Q had a sick voice obviously, but he performed alright. Can't believe the shit sound system.
