Oh get the fuck out of here! Tyrion marry Sansa?
Just cuz
Also felt awkward seeing Jon Snow deflowered. He's like a little puppy.![]()
Pretty sure it's fiction. The fantasy elements just rage on. Now people can be resurrected from death too? Just rewatching the Beric scene. That one guy chants some lord of light shit and he's reborn?
How can anyone die then if you could just chant and resurrect them?

I'm sure we'll learn more about the limits soon enough. Plenty of people have died for good in the show, as they explained to Arya. I don't really get the "fantasy elements" complaint (not directed at you specifically -- it's a pretty common complaint). The first scene of the first episode had dead people coming back to life
I haven't watched this episode on HBOGO yet, but I wouldn't be surprised if it is explained in the special features
Oh I know that, I'm saying it's one thing to show bodies reanimated by mystical white walker beings another to have a grown man, get a sword from the shoulder down to the stomach, die and then be resurrected good as new.
Could someone like this have saved Ned Stark? Be sort of like a headless horseman type?

So Tywin wants Cersei to marry Loras Tyrell. Tyrion to marry Sansa. What was the reason for this again?

To control the two kingdoms they are heirs to I believe.
To secure both the North and the South.
Loras is heir to the Reach, Sansa is Robb's heir to the North. He can get his grandchildren of be King, and the Lords of the North and the Reach and Casterly Rock. He wants a Lannister dynasty that dominates all of Westeros.

Well, Beric isn't completely good as new. He's still missing an eye. From that, I think it can be inferred that what is lost or severed cannot be re-attached, which would mean Ned remains dead.
EDIT: Missed the Headless Horseman comment. GoT jumping the shark right there
So we don't know why the little girl has the scar/scaling(?) on her face, right? There hasn't been any quick comment in a previous episode/season that I totally missed?
Either way, maaaan, Stannis' wife does not have a great track record for making kids...
I asked in the other thread, I'd check there. So we don't know why the little girl has the scar/scaling(?) on her face, right? There hasn't been any quick comment in a previous episode/season that I totally missed?

Arya asked this very question in the episode...
?? That's a comment from this thread, not the show

Haha, I know. I was saying that if things that are cut off cannot be re-attached, then Ned cannot be revived. As a headless horseman, he wouldn't need a head to be revived, but that would be jumping the shark.

Good thing this isn't The Walking Dead, Jamie would be dead by the end of this episode with that backstory.
I can't hate Stannis after Blackwater. Old man is a G.
Edit: This GIF slays me

Who knew a dude from the north would be so familiar with the south.
Bitch pleeeeeeeeeeeaaaase, as if the writing quality is even remotely comparable between the shows. RR Martin's stuff shits on TWD from great heights in regards to character development. I'm as much of a Rick & co. fan, but the writing on that show is fucking abysmal.
They explain it in the book. Long story short, plague victim.
Hot damn, I bet Rose Leslie fans will be happy with this episode.
She has a nice butt.
Lol, I was thinking the same thing. I was like she's actually got a slender body and nice ass for being some huge tomboy giant every man made fun of.
I enjoyed seeing Ygritte's naked body, but the big surprise for me was this episode somehow made me desire to see Brienne's tits...
