i just realized the finale will be on when the Bethesda conference starts. tough decision
I'm already pretty bad with names in general, then factor in that i'm watching plenty of TV shows, along with movies, and all the other shit in life, with GoT being relatively low on my priority list, so yeah, don't take it personally if i don't immediately remember the name of every secondary character we probably saw twice on screen, especially when the crucial information would've been mentioning the family name.
"Huge battle" of this week could be The fighting pits. Doesn't seem like stannis v winterfell will happen which I thought ep 9 would be for most of the season.Shocking death(s) tonight. I don't expect there to be any huge battles after last week and I'd be okay with that.
Bring on some deaths!

Margaery and Loras' father.
Do people actually pay attention to what they're watching?
New Episode Tonight: The Dance of Dragons
Watch with subtitles on and check out the HBO character guide. That'll help the names stick.
Whatever happens tonight will happen.
The episode leaked, so watch out for spoilers, GAF!
I have this sinking feeling we are going to get a character death tonight.
Please Jesus, not Jorah. Take someone else.

Jorah will be fighting in the pit so he seems like an obvious candidate for death - especially since he is already infected with that stone plague thing.
Maybe Cersei? She is in a shitload of trouble. Bronn and Jaime as prisoners could die as well.

OMG! I'm dying!
Night's King of Pop
DANM LOL
My morning is gone
LOL that is awesome.
I was rewatching the last episodes while waiting for the new one and I have to say Jon Snow has some loyal fucking crows. They not only came back for him, they actually waited there while the zombies tore down the walls and jumped down the cliff, up until the very moment he ran toward the docks, fifteen meters ahead of the entire army of the dead.
Haha, I remember thinking the same thing when he drew his sword and was like 'with me crows' and they ran back into the massive army of the undead. That's some balls.
Even Google pulled up Mance when I searched for Mace.At first I was like "WTF? Jon put an arrow through Mance's heart", then I realized Mace = Master of coins. Almost forgot about that guy.
Also: with that title, the ep better delivers.
EDIT: Regarding character deaths - Obi Wan Barristan is dead. I don't care for anyone anymore, except maybe the Lord Commander. Nah, most definitely the Lord Commander.
Just caught up....holy shiiitttt at that ending. Also I hope they tell us the back story on snows sword....because it wasn't dragon glass from I could tell but it didn't shatter.

GRRM only kills off people that make bad decisions. I think Tywin was the only exception as he was playing the Game well right up to his slaughter on own shitter. Which brings me to the conclusion that no one is safe from the God of Death (GRRM).
It's Valaryian steel... they mention that. I believe Brianne had one and Tommen now, as well.
If you mean, more detail, they'll probably cover that a bit. My guess is Jon will talk to Sam about it.
I remember it belonged to jorah before he left and then snow got it for saving Jeor. But I don't remember them mentioning valkyrian steel being able to kick some white walker ass. Maybe Sam will find it in a book lol
Well I don't think anyone knew it would kick white water ass ... until now. But now we do. The big question is why and can more be made? Big problem since there aren't many of them around.

The actual episode leaked? I don't think so, my searches don't bring up anything of the sort.
Yes, nothing here....I think we're safe.
