Games you've spent/will spend 200+ hours on...

1. Baldur's Gate 2.
2. Civilization 2 and Civilization 5 (didn't play 3 or 4 as much)
3. Europa Universalis IV
4. Halo 1 and 2
5. Elder Scrolls: Morrowind
6. World of Warcraft (I try to forget this dark time)

These atleast:

Gran Turismo 2
MAG
GTA Vice City
Gta San Andreas
GTA IV
GTA V
NHL 13 & 14
FIFA 2002 WC
UEFA 2008

Mass Effect 3
The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time

-Warcraft 3
-Counter Strike 1.6
-Unreal Tournament 2004
-Final Fantasy 7 (if the playthroughs are accumulated)
-World of Warcraft
-Diablo 2
-League of Legends
-Street Fighter 4
-Tekken 4
-Tekken 5
-Minecraft (maybe, still playing)
-Pokemon Red/Blue

I think that about covers all of them as far as I remember. In the future? I dunno. The next multiplayer game I really get into probably. Street Fighter 5 for sure.

I have:

SSBM
Pokemon Emerald
GTA4
World at War
MW2 (Over 40 days not including the hours upon hours messing around on FFA Rust/Gamebattles)
BO1
LBP
and BF4 that is some hours away from that line.

Will have SSB4, Pokemon Omega Ruby, GTA5, FC4, and possibly Bloodborne making into that club when they come out.

Those that I'm certain:
Monster Hunter Portable 2 G 400+ hrs
Monster Hunter Portable 3 300+ hrs
X-COM: EU -> EW -> Long War mod 306 hrs currently

Will spend it on Smash Brothers for Wii U if it's a difficult as it usually is to unlock everything. The off-tv play will lead to this.

May also do it for Monster Hunters if I stay with them. I'm about 25 hours in the third one.

I don't play online multiplayer so the games I could play very long are incredibly small.

Past: Super Smash Bros. Melee, Pokemon main games gens 1-3, Pokemon Trading Card Game, Simpsons Road Rage, Mario Kart Double Dash, Mario Kart Wii, Goldeneye Wii, and Black Ops 2.

Future: Super Smash Bros. Wii U and Splatoon.

Mostly Nintendo multiplayer games lol.

All Dead or Alive fighters
All Halo shooters
The original Unreal
Final Fantasy VII and XI
Ocarina of Time
Pokémon Silver/Gold and X/Y
Project Diva 2nd

I plan to do the same on many others

Deus Ex.

I've done a minimum of one playthrough each year (sometimes more... several more) for the last decade. Started when I was still in middle school. It never gets boring. I've done completionist runs, speedruns, sadist runs, pacifist runs, exploration runs... you name it, I've gone through it. I still enjoy the hell out of it, and love the different combinations of ways to approach objectives.

I've also dropped a good 200+ hours in Baldur's Gate II across 3 playthroughs. It's probably the only game that I finished, then restarted immediately for a completionist run. It's that good.

I couldn't count how many hours I've put into Tetris DX, Civilization 2, or Diablo 2 over the years. I did play Diablo 2 every day in 2002, but my addiction didn't subside until 2005. Rough estimate? 1000+ hours.

Raptr has my Borderlands 2 playtime tracked at 815 hours. I'm sure it's a bit higher, since I've played offline several times.

I'm looking forward to spending tons of time with The Pre-Sequel.

Fallout 3. Easily spent that long on it not finishing all dlc. Played main story, Brotherhood of Steel, Operation Anchorage and The Pitt.

Phantasy Star Online Eps. I&II (online, Gamecube) (Over 2000 hours)
Halo 1 (Xbox)
Halo 2 (Xbox) (Over 1000 hours)
1080 Snowboarding (N64)
Super Smash Bros (N64)
Team Fortess 2 (PC)
Pokemon Red/Blue/Yellow (GBC)

Counterstrike
Left 4 Dead
Dark Souls
The Last of Us

That's probably it, not counting Mario as a kid or something...

EDIT: Crap, forgot about Guitar Hero 2 and Rock Band 2.

Only games I ever spent 200+ hours on:

Super Smash Bros. Melee
Phantasy Star Online Episodes I&II (on a single file)

Games I've spent 100+ hours on:

Super Mario Bros. 3
Super Mario World
SimCity 2000
Super Mario 64/DS
The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time/3D
Pokémon Silver Version (on a single file)
StarCraft
Final Fantasy XII
Xenoblade Chronicles (on a single file)
Nintendo Land

Will probably spend 100+ hours on:

Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate
Mario Kart 8
Super Smash Bros. for Wii U
The Legend of Zelda for Wii U
All Souls games
Bloodborne

I don't count how many hours I spend on a game, or look at timers, but PROBABLY:

Dragon Age: Origins
Halo Wars
Halo 3
Mortal Kombat 9
Gears of War 2
Left 4 Dead 2
Age of Empires 2
Age of Mythology

Close to 200 (I actually know how much I've spent on these ones because looking at the timer is inevitable) :
Demon's Souls (~160 hours)
Bayonetta (140-150 hours)

River Raid - Atari 65 XE
Sensible Soccer - Amiga 500
Final Fantasy VIII - PS1
America's Army, Everquest 2, WoW, Fifa managers - PC

Local multiplayer games back in the day were huge time sinks for my friends and I. These two in particular.

As for single player games, DQ7, Baldur's Gate II (including ToB), and Bethesda RPGs (Morrowind, Fallout 3, and Skyrim) all clocked over 200 hours.

And given that I've already clocked in 26 hours with just my Hunter on Destiny with two expansions on the horizon, this game will easily surpass 200.

Metal Gear Solid series
Rainbow Six series
BF2
BF3
COD4
MW2
GoldenEye 64
Perfect Dark 64

Yes, I like shooters. lol

Pretty much only Battlefield and Halo games, although I won't be logging 200+ on Hardline or MCC, so I'm a good time away from having another 200+ experience.

Off the top of my head...

- Diablo
- Diablo 2
- Diablo 3
- Starcraft
- Starcraft 2
- Super Mario Kart
- Mario Kart 64
- Goldeneye
- Star Fox 64
- Final Fantasy Tactics
- Final Fantasy XI
- World of Warcraft
- Morrowind
- Skyrim
- Demon's Souls
- Dark Souls
- Dark Souls 2

World of Warcraft is in an order of magnitude of its own, and as I focused on a single level-capped character over two or three expansions, I was never anywhere close to the most dedicated players who raid with several alts and count their logged playtime in hundreds of days.

I don't have a precise log for StarCraft II, but going by ladder records and other data it's somewhere in the zone from 500-1000 hours.

Beyond that, it's mostly turn-based strategy. Civilization IV, Advance Wars: Dual Strike, and Fire Emblem: Awakening all soared over the 200-hour mark (Civ most of all) while earlier entries in the series were probably comparable. Hearthstone is getting there if it hasn't broken that number already, going by my record and the average duration of a match. Tower defence maps alone must have put WarCraft III clear over that mark as well.

Dota 2 - 800 hours

The only game to surpass 200. Minecraft may have but I don't have a value.

Skyrim is the next closest at 120 hours.

I've stopped playing Dota now. Got bored. Can't say I miss the anger and rage though.

While it might be more than this, these are the ones I am certain about.

Pokemon Diamond/Platnium
Dota 2
Space Station 13
Minecraft
Spelunky

ArcheAge, definitely. It's still only in the early access stage and I've already probably spent 24 hours on it. Give me a few months and I'm sure I'll be at if not well above 200 hours.

I don't know exactly the time, but the only games i feel i've put that amount of time (or near) is Tetris, Smash Bros Melee and probably Bomberman Ultra. Nothing else comes that close. And for upcoming games, maybe No Man's Sky.

I always wonder how much time I actually spent on certain games as a kid. Was very rare to have any sort of counter for them. I suspect I had a ton in SimCity2000, but I could never guess. Your sense of time as a kid is all totally whack.
