The PS2/GC lists kinda suck too (no Tekken 5, Fire Emblem, FFXII, StarFox, Katamari 2, Ookami, etc). And those PSP/DS lists are pitiful, both platforms easily have tons of amazing games coming (Castlevania, Mercury, GTA, Wario Ware, etc).

I like this list. Had Gamespot included all the games in this thread, you would of found most of them getting a beat down for not living up to expectations. Gamespot does not expect those other games to be good. Which can only benefit a game if it turns out to be good.

Interesting question. Though keep in mind that while two huge releases are gone, there's a couple lesser big ones in their place (GT4, Zelda, FFXII, KH II). Then there will be two systems launching this year as well. I don't think it'll be a whole lot lower.

With XBOX prices dropping to either $99.99 or $129.99 I expect XBOX sales to continue to increase. See $129.99 winter/spring then $99.99 come XBOX 2 release.

PS2 sales will be similiar maybe a little lower until it hits $99.99 as well.
