Enjoy the first 30+ hours, it's the best part by far. The OP has a bunch of good info, but if you have questions, don't hesitate to ask.

The more I see of her the more I dislike her design, kit, animation etc. I'll save my primos for next good Electro character. Ayaka seems good but I hate sword based characters combat and I have Ganyu for cryo stuff.

The bad thing I notice about sword users is that they usually act as if they're some kind of movie sword martial fighter. I never complete a full combo with either Keqing or Kaeya. I use dash attack cancel and proceed to repeat a 3 sequence attack again. Too bad my Kayea kinda suffered from an aspd nerf, but he usually hit fast and hard.

Just now had an interesting coop guest. Guy insisted on killing Cryo boss 3 times in a row. He used low lvl Xiao and anemic Electric Raven. Well, ok. I killed boss twice. On third time I decided to ask who exactly he is leveling. Turns out he was working on a popsicle guy. Goddamn, I was sure he was leveling Cocogoat xD Guy had a terribly under leveled Xiao and was heavily investing in popsicle guy? WTF. Good thing I asked, so we went to kill Xiao's boss. Of course he used only Xiao and not a single shield character. And after that some people ask "why stick to meta in PvE"...

Erm... it's absolutely work(ed) for PS4 version. Open the in-game mail and scan the qr code inside. After that you can(could) complete it from your phone browser.

I had a post about this event earlier in this very thread. Yeah, unfortunately you are late. You needed to light up 5 different lanterns in total, but you was limited with 3 tries in 24 hours.

I hate Mona and Ayaka sprint and feel it should be a toggle or quick tap/hold type where the quick tap should be regular dodge and hold should be special animation.

Doesn't she just lack iframes on (part of) her dodge ? I seems like a bug (how can you hit something underground), but surely they must have had reports .. so I dunno why not fixed.

I mean just make her unhittable all the dodge and press X for as long as you want to move ..

They fixed the thing where you could hit slimes in the air by attacking the ground beneath - seems a similar thing

Yes. She is vulnerable during dodge and also will get stuck by the smallest pebble in her path.

Can't say that I hate it, but it is clunky to use. But it never stopped me from exploring open world with Mona. Her extra speed is worth it for me. Can't wait for Ayaka. I wonder when we will start getting all the leaked extra characters. Most of them is from first 2 cities, so I hope we will get them before Inazuma.

Yea I've given this feedback to MHY for 2 of the state of the game surveys already, make it a button press while dashing, like L2 or something. Then everybody's happy.

The pickup lag on PS4 is also still atrocious compared to mobile. I suspect it is Sony's servers (blame Sony)

Yeah, especially considering that there's no reason to not pick up stuff and we have enough free space to pick up literally everything we see. I would prefer to just run over for auto pickup...

With all the annoying things the game has like prioritizing cook over picking up stuff, the guy next to Alchemy station etc. the one thing that annoys me the most is the jumping children all over Liyue harbor.

An auto-pick function would be a nice feedback for them. I still hate the "lag" to pick up itens near me, I would lose so less time if they just pick automatically. Not to mention, itens dropping over a cliff or a mountain are cancerous.

Usually we are getting 2 trailers before release, that's why people are saying that her release is postponed because she needs more polishing.

No way are we getting Johnlee re-run this soon. If any reruns happen it'll likely be back to Venti, or they'll do another standard pool 5* focus like Diluc or Mona and Hu Tao 2 weeks later.

Shit at 3 times per day I'd rather them just give us a resin moon once per day as a login bonus and let me stack them up. I thought I'd be able to burn through my moons this week and get a ton of mora/xp books. What a disappointment.

Well, her dash is stubby like Xiao's, the burst is just like Chong's minus the infusion, and she's physical dps. Not the best archetype, but here's hoping her stats and multipliers get a buff from beta so she can actually hit hard. It wouldn't be too big of a buff considering physical is usually the most resisted damage type on harder monsters. Seems like cryo resonance team comp is going to be a must have if you want to main her. Also, you're going to need her C6 for sure if you really want to play her. It'd be nice if they let you build up charges of her dash or at least reduced the cooldown a bit more. 6 seconds is a long damn time for a measly dash ice hit.

At least prototype crescent seems to be BiS for her, so there's that to save you some primos I guess.

Her AoE is 4 seconds SHORTER than Diona's, and doesn't heal at all. It's just a bummer all around honestly. I'm just trying to rationalize pulling for her and using her, but her kit is just...well...bad. If she doesn't get a significant multiplier or stat buff, she's DoA.
