man you can do some really cool shit with Barbara, her gameplay is fun to have in party.
Yea I got Qiqi on rerolls, and was happy to find out she was supposedly the #1 healer, but I use Barbara over her in nearly all content. Having the healing scale off of HP and having her be ranged makes her super easy to build and safe to use. She's one of my absolute favorite units so far.
Post up your mains for now.
My main team hasn't changed since I started despite me getting some great new units, including 5*s.
I'm still running Razor, Amber, Lisa, Barbara.
So I finally got all the remaining Anemo crystals, and 100%'d the Mondstat region, got all of the achievements. It wasn't as bad as I thought, but surprisingly the hardest part was finding 400 chests. Decided to stop for tonight afterwards.
I've been trying to use Amber more lately other than just tossing her doll and switching out. It's such a shame that she's in her current state. I really hope that she gets a buff someday. Her Burst is super low cost, energy wise, but my god it's terrible. Only lasts a few seconds and does barely any damage, but at least it applies fire. I really think giving her normal attacks the fire element would be all she needs to hold her own in the meta.
I managed to roll Diluc, so Amber's days in my team are probably severely limited. Couple that with the fact that I'm nearly done with the fire brazier puzzles in both areas we have access to, which was the only other reason I kept her. I guess I'll miss the glider stamina reduction, but Diluc is a ton of fun to play as and pairs well with Razor for big dick damage.
Do you guys feel like Geo/Anemo elements are hard to fit into a team? They don't create any elemental effects themselves, which to me is the biggest reason to swap elements against neutral/weak enemies. Anemo has the swirl effect, which honestly kinda sucks because it usually swirls the monster's native element, which they're usually immune to. Geo pops off crystals to give you a weak ass shield, but does nothing to increase kill speed or stun the enemies, which are both way more useful in difficult fights. They just seem really poor compared to fire/water/ice/lightning. We don't even have any characters that can do Nature damage yet, the 7th element, so I'm not sure what that does.
