I did some looking into it and most dev blogs say it is very poor and a lot of manual work has to be done to make it authentic.Since Technology. Try googling "video games automatic lip sync" and educate yourself before you get flippant to defend your beloved corporation.
Also, haptics and 3D audio aren't content. They're features and stuff that is normally offered in free updates.
As for "what content," Microsoft Flight Simulator's World Updates include airports, tens of new models for point of interest, new photogrammetry, and higher level of detail for entire regions. Every two months. For free.
And that's on top of the sim updates every other month that add new features and improvements.
I find the upgrade really expensive
Depends on who's post you are referring to. It seems that you're upset that people are critiquing this release. What flaws? The pricing?
But it wasn't even close to the amount of effort SP put in, i know this because i played it as well.
You can't run your mouth saying it's a rip off when it's justified for people who like those features. If you don't care just get the expansion and not the Ps5 version.
out of the big 3 Sony has been giving us free shit all the time, free MP expansions and free content, so soon people forget.

As i stated before, haptics and 3D audio take man hours of work, for me it adds to the experience and people work diligently to make it work well.
Also Sony has done that as well, giving free content in games, I already stated that in another response.
As if Sony don't give any free content for their games. Legends was totally free too.Since Technology. Try googling "video games automatic lip sync" and educate yourself before you get flippant to defend your beloved corporation.

I imagine it will be £24.99 like the Spiderman DLC.So that $30 dollar upgrade to Ps5 with the DLC will no doubt become £30 in the U.K.
In which case, they can get fucked. I loved GoT, but I’m not forking out the same amount for DLC that I paid for the whole game!
I would gladly pay $20 to upgrade my PS4 digital copy to the PS5 version with the expansion.20$ for the expansion is an awesome deal. Damn this thread is so lame as usual when it comes to price. Everything needs to be free.
Imagine comparing a one-off multiplayer mode with sizable content additions every two months with no end in sight. As if Sony don't give any free content for their games. Legends was totally free too.
I think you should go back to make your dead flight simulator hype threads instead.
I imagine it will be £24.99 like the Spiderman DLC.
You get the dlc too?You can't be this ignorant. Last of Us Remastered had a lot more work done on it. Months of studio and extra work went into it.
For this is it seems like Sony is charging $10 to pay for the PS5 features.
"Director's Cut"
Wonder what was cut from the original they wanted to include, but couldn't? Because, from what I see it's just DLC.
Where did i sound offended, you sound triggered as all hell.People can say whatever they want. You may want to stop being offended because people dare to criticize the corporation you like (and they may as well, but they're simply not blind).
You haven't looked well enough. The tech has been available for years. What these features do for you is irrelevant. They're still features most developers offer in free updates which are financed by continued sales of the game. You do understand that GoT has not stopped selling, right?
PS: Sony doesn't get even close to the level of "free shit" (for using your wording) Microsoft Flight Simulator offers, in any game. The fact that they're starting to nickel and dime next-gen upgrades is in no way a good sign.
I would say £20 is probably fair.Eh… still too much in a world where so many games are offering a Ps5 upgrade for free. Happy to pay for the expansion, but even £25 is excessive for that.
Where did i sound offended, you sound triggered as all hell.
And i did, why would i believe you when I literally read devblogs about it and how shitty the tech is if they just relied on it.
You seem to think the GoT online was nothing, I still play it to this day and its a ton of fun content - everyone values things differently and a few planes and areas in a flight sim is pretty much useless imo.
Really should nix this next gen upgrade shit already, throw a bone to your long term fans for Christ sakes.
Dont mind the upgrade to DC fee you are buying dlc but man talk about penny pinching.
Not getting the optional lock-on part. The game has a constant auto soft lock on and it works perfectly fine, but I'm curious to test it outGhost of Tsushima: Legends fans, we’ll also be releasing some new updates, including an all-new mode that we’re excited to detail in the weeks to come
I think you're downplaying it more than me, i have flight sim on PC gamepass and you cant prove that it costs more than the Legends mode, but if you want to argue for the sake of semantics go ahead. When playing it the ground is low res and bland despite being impressive in scale. That tech is already used in a ton of games since the times of Final Fantasy XIII, and it has improved massively over time. It's used by almost all games that run cutscenes in engine. The fact that they added lip sync only with the ability to run cutscenes in real-time says that they likely used that.
Also, lol at "a few planes and areas in a flight sim is pretty much useless imo." It's not "a few," and it's very relevant (way to try to minimize what you know nothing about). It certainly costs more to make than a one-off multiplayer mode. No doubt about that.
Indeed. It's really funny to see some defending this.
Don't worry, abriel bleeds green. Anything to take a dig at Sony and he/she will.Where did i sound offended, you sound triggered as all hell.

You can keep saying the "tech" portion but i literally read about it so keep trying.

upset?Depends on who's post you are referring to. It seems that you're upset that people are critiquing this release.
If you really think a one-off multiplayer mode costs more to make than upgrading entire regions of a flight simulator including 3-5 full-fledged airports every two months for a year, and with no ends in sight, suit yourself.
Also, your "literal reading" may have missed a few things. Since your google-fu is weak, I'll help you.
- If you bought Director’s Cut PS4, you’ll be able to upgrade to Director’s Cut PS5 at any time for $9.99 USD
- You can also upgrade directly (from original Ghost of Tsushima PS4) to Director’s Cut on PS5 for $29.99 USD
Nice...just wish I could upgrade and ditch the physical disk portion. Oh well.!

LOL when they speak diff languages it look utterly horrible, especially the english.
You basically shot yourself in the foot with this.
For the PayersSony has really mastered Smart delivery, at least for them $$$$$
I would say £20 is probably fair.
Forizon Wildlands was £16 and that was four years ago.
