Ghost of Tsushima's Anticipated PC Port Jumps to Top of Steam Charts on Announcement Day

Unsurprisingly, that’s prompted a lot of pre-orders on Steam, where at the time of typing it’s the 13th best-selling title on the store front – ahead of releases like Elden Ring, Street Fighter 6, and even the one-time phenomenon Palworld. We’d expect this one to do extremely well.

It’s probably worth mentioning that Nixxes is on porting duties here, so you can likely expect an excellent experience. The title will take advantage of all the latest graphics card bells and whistles, and will support ultrawide monitors and even resolutions of up to 48:9 for those of you with triple monitor setups. Despite being a few years old now, this game is going to look absolutely incredible on high-end computers, there’s no doubt about that.

I'm probably going to buy this at launch if the performance is good. I have been waiting a very long time for this moment.

It releases today (tomorrow depending on your timezone). Nixxes did a good job with the port. Performance seems to be pretty solid like HFW.

I did my part 💰

If you do too maybe we'll get Bloodborne and Demon's Souls as well 🤣

Been having an urge for a samurai game, but Rise of the Ronin still isn’t on PC. Might go for this one.

I definitely want to buy this, but I'm going to wait until the reviews come in and see how this performs and everything.
It is 4 years old game ported by Nixxes. Chances (like 99.99%) are it will run perfectly. Still of course it is never dumb to wait for technical reviews.

Planned on picking this up because I never finished it but my hype kind of died at the last minute for some reason. I'll probably still get it tomorrow anyway. It does already look dated though, which I didn't expect.

It's amazing what happens when you give the audience you are targeting what they want. No one wanted Sackboy or Ratchet Rift Apart.
Sackboy I get, even though it's still a really good game, but Rift Apart is awesome, still one of the best looking games this gen and plays great, story is meh, but that's not why you play Ratchet games

Bought it a few days ago, can't wait to fire it up tonight! I already beat the game back on Playstation when it originally came out, but never played the DLC.

Looking forward to see how it looks in glorious ultrawide powered by a 4090.

Interesting. I wonder if IGN, DF and the Xbox shills pundits will point to the port success as proof that Sony doesn't need to ship day and date???

Or is it just one of Phil's balls in my throat?

Helldivers 2 has more active players in it right now, not sure if you thought it through before posting this.

Look it sucks that people can't play a game but they do know they don't just "ban" countries.

It's more than likely due to nonsense regulations and laws within those countries. I mean in South Africa we still don't have the playstation stars programme and I know it's got all to do our fucking BS government.

Another reason "which MS fucked us with xbox for a long time" comes down to piracy. The market here just isn't fruitful enough to support.

Nintendo pulled out altogether and is only supplied through third party suppliers now, (I think Sony as well).

So yeah the point is that I'm pretty sure there isn't some angry man at Sony laughing and banning countries for the fun of it
